I would even add the general populace to this as well. Just think of maybe the things we all may say, do, think, etc. when nobody is around...not that it's evil/terrible stuff...but maybe stuff you wouldn't want to mention at a job interview or first date lol. Or nothing ever happened. But I would have some doubts that this gets to a point where a voidable contract is even possible. And if any of it is true, this is disgusting. Anything involving women, especially a pregnant woman, is up there for as bad as it gets in my opinion. I doubt there is another stipulation in the contract that would give them a break but will have to see. Von's initial contract wasn't that bad with an out after 3 years, but the restructures made it worse. This should be a lesson to those who feel "restructuring" every large contract has no risk to it.
