Unless it changed from a couple weeks ago, they have the most cap dollars on IR, and against our top AFC competition it wasn’t even close.

How many Kansas City Chiefs players are out for the season? How many of their starters are even injured?

I was talking about that last week... why do they end up virtually unscathed AGAIN this season while teams like Baltimore and us always get these season killers?!??!

Nick Bolton is about it really. They’ve had a few guys lost to injury for short amounts of time (1 week or even just half a game) but even then none have been essential to the product on the field.

Again, Nick Bolton is about it and he’s expected to be back from that wrist injury toward the end of December….

Minus the season ending 1s, the rest are typical

And last year, they had no one of relevance out for the year iirc

Nick Bolton is on IR. I don't know if it is full season IR or not or what his injury is.  There are four total Chiefs on IR.  Bolton is the only would be starter.  There are nine Bills on IR, four of them starters.  Two of those have been to the pro bowl.

Losing Milano and DQ probably is the difference between 8-3 and 6-5.

Not being able to count to 11 and Josh throwing three completed passes to Jordan Whitehead is the difference between 8-3 and 6-5.

I blame the thread last year about how we don't get injured much and that we were due.  Don't remember the exact wording but that was basically what it was about.  That thread jinxed us and now we continue to keep losing our top players.  Including Josh getting injured.

Not really because I am not superstitious.

Does anyone know for sure D. Jones is out for the season?  My head says yes but I swore I read somewhere, not here, that he could be back @ the end of the season?

Thanks!

Go Bills!!

too lazy to look for the link, but at a presser last week I believe McDermott struck a much more optimistic tone that DaQuan could be back for the playoffs (should we make it) than he did for Milano.

Correct.  He’s on IR, can be activated anytime after missing 4 games, whenever he’s ready.  Same with other guys on the list, like Damien Harris or Daquan Jones.

Agree!  The difference being from everything I read, Elam's injury was relatively minor compared to some of these others.  White, Doyle, and Hines, all season ending.  Milano, Jones, and Harris has a likely small chance of coming back this year.
