KC fan turns house into a giant Chiefs display...do we have anything similar here?

This is so freaking cool! Obviously he has spent a lot of time, effort, energy and money on it but it looks amazing, especially the football field that is his front lawn, complete with painted endzones, yard lines and FG posts.

Does anyone with the BillsMafia do something similar that you know of?

I've seen the painted barn but nothing close to this.

Good for that guy.  Retiree, doing what makes him happy.  We should all be that happy.

My former work supervisor (filthy NE Patriots fan) was telling us about his man cave filled with NE memorabilia.  Not just the superbowl championship stuff, but even lame things like his shrine loaded with afc champions hats.  Room painted in team colors.  Matching carpet.  Etc.

When he finished we (I live in Seahawks country, though this was mainly a Raiders fan and me) began roasting him.

I asked if he beat off to a Tom Brady fat head on the ceiling above his bed.  Raiders guy assumed it was a portrait of Brady in a smoking jacket, like Hugh Hefner.  We figured he probably slept in a bed shaped like a Lamborghini too.

Don't get me wrong.  I would not have been impressed by his decor if it was a team Iike.

"He started decorating his front yard four years ago".

So basically what you're telling me is he started all this Super Fandom when KC drafted Mahomes and won a SB though he's been a fan since 1969.

Ok 👌

I just take it as he probably retired around four years ago (didn't read so I don't know, my bad) and time to do something he likes.

Personally that looks like an eye sore to me.  The football field is pretty cool but it still looks like an eye sore.

Would I ever do that to my house?? No.

Would I drive by to check it out of there was one in WNY?  Hell yeah.

Well yeah, I would want to check it out in person.  I wouldnt even want to live next to it though.  Its like Christmas lights.  I loved driving around and looking at all the peoples houses that go all out, but I wouldnt want to see it everyday.

Agreed. And I wouldn't want to listen to an obnoxious siren every time the Chiefs score a TD.

A bit garish for my taste.  The fire truck is actually pretty cool.

So, is this how the Chiefs avoid the sporting world insensitive team name carnage by claiming they're the Kansas City Fire Chiefs?

Kinda like Hooters name is just an owl.
