That is what we are saying is the talking heads that are over hyping a guy who just looks like a .500 QB.

No he doesn't. He is a rookie who is seeing blitz left and right, like what exactly do you need him to do?

Traits> Stats  in the 1st year.

Josh definitely struggled in 2018 but you could just see the potential with him.

Traits don't mean crap until you actually perform.

Ok...

Josh Allen had traits and didn't perform much the first year and he developed into an all pro.

So what's your point?

One of the obstacles to Bills winning Super Bowl is playing the Bucs. Pats are no real threat. Pats winning this game overall would be good for the Bills even if you can’t root for it.

The Bucs are in the NFC them winning means nothing to us.

I wonder if teams need to treat Jones the opposite of how they would normally treat a rookie QB.

blitz minimally, drop 7, rush 4.  Jones thrives on short passes.  Force him to process his reads and make throws at the end of routes.

Home field advantage in playoffs is enormous

....so we'd want the Patriots to lose to make it easier to win the division and have home playoff games....what does the Bucs losing do to help us?

I think that’s why we have seen a decent outing from Jones today.  Bucs defense is built on pressure.  They stuff the run and bring a lot of pressure forward.  Jones is letting the blitz come and is hitting his flat and short curl routes.  Classic Brady offense lol

You brought up his traits like that was supposed to mean something. Allen didn't start looking like a QB until last season....

Not saying Jones has the same skills. But its week 4 and plenty here are acting like he needs to look like a SB caliber QB now.

He's played just as well as Brady for being a rookie in a nationalized game. There is a difference

If Bradys receivers actually catch the ball, this game would have been over already.

Tons of dropped passes tonight.
