The tapes will likely be shown in the jury trial so it must be public record. You could go watch the case proceed live and see the footage also. You can not then say it can not be released to the media when it is public in court. Kraft has control of this though. If he just pleads guilty to the lesser charge he committed and stops wasting taxpayer money insisting on a jury trial then the video possibly gets destroyed. Kraft is just a little crybabay who wants to get OFF again. And will hire high profile lawyers to likely get off. But then he must live with the vid going public. ***** him and his money can buy his way out of everything attitude. PS: I do agree it should not be released until after the court proceedings so as not to taint the jury pool. LOL You'll have to wait though, because there's still this: "The Court finds restricting the videotapes from the Intervenors pretrial would protect Defendant's fair trial rights." Hanser said the surveillance video cannot be released unless the case goes to trial, a plea deal is reached, the State drops charges against Kraft, or if the Court finds Kraft's fair trial rights are no longer at risk. According to this eventually the tape can be released because one of those 3 is going to happen for sure. It is either going to trial, plead deal or charges dropped. I'm just trying to figure out why I didn't pause when I was reading it. Yes he didn't put any commas for me to pause and take a breath but I have free will. I could of easily stopped, took a breath and kept reading. Instead I just read it all in one breath and almost killed myself... Am i Ron Burgundy? Edit: I went back and took a deep breath and it was actually not that difficult to read in one breath. I probably initially tried reading it with a half a breath... I've gotten so many previous cases correct that this means little. Especially when everyone (even you) knows Bobby committed a crime and is just getting away with it because of a technicality. And like I said from the beginning, the video is the only real punishment he'd face. And I don't need to see it for that to still be true.
