His attention to detail comes through in everything he does. And boy, talk about night and day compared to what I’ve seen on Hard Knocks! Everytime that guy speaks my hair stands on end. I’d go to war for that man. I also loved how McD talks to his coaches. He has a vision for this team and if he doesn’t like what he sees at practice he gives his coaches hell. Just a stern look and “correct it”. Also loved how any sort of lack of effort makes him so angry. The contrast between the obvious level of respect McD has from players and coaches vs Hue is crazy. He just commands their attention. Crazy to see McD talk and act exactly the same behind closed doors as what we see n front of them.
