T master
I thought i would pose the question to the Bills fans What is a band that has "NOT" played a SB half time show that you think is worthy of that task & has the resume to go along with being selected for that show ?? I have heard a lot of bands play for the SB half time show, some were great i thought, only to come on here & see people say it sucked & then the ones that i thought sucked (black eyed Peas) again i would come on here & fans would say it was awesome . Usually the ones that people thought sucked were older groups like The Who, every one if i remember was bashing them for what ever reason (mainly because i think those fans were tone deaf but thats just me) So if you were chosen to the committee that gets to choose who will be a group that would be considered for the gig of the SB half time show who might be the band that would be your write in candidate ?? And the second part of the question who would you have come back to do it again !! My first is AC/DC !!! I have never heard them do a half time show WHY ??? Aerosmith would be my bring back band !! Your turn Bills fans ... Edited September 28, 2017 by T master

reddogblitz
I would pick Wierd Al. His show is really entertaining. Or Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Flutie Brothers. One of those 3.
Call_Of_Ktulu
Metallica, they play them at every stadium. One of the best live bands ever, long overdue for a super bowl.

VaMilBill
Turnpike Troubadours would be great....they are Texas country. Although I know a lot of people don't enjoy country, it would be refreshing to see something new that hasn't been done
Foreigner
How about Danny and the Juniors, the Drifters, or the Coasters. Probably a lot better than what you hear or see today.

DriveFor1Outta5
This turned out to be much harder than I imagined! There are a lot of bands that I love. Yet I have no desire to see them play a half time show. Lots of "legacy acts" still put on great shows, but I'd rather see them in concert. A Super Bowl appearance by 70 something year old guys just won't do it for most young people. That's why I say to abolish the half time show. There are no current acts who are musically worthy and big enough to do the show anymore.

jwhit34
More modern acts: Dave Matthews Band Maroon 5 Older: Sting/The Police If the Bills ever made it: Goo Goo Dolls The one that would never happen: I love the idea of he Marine Corps Band that would really make a statement. Big C
Chance the Rapper Now that would be fresh and exciting! If he plays with that backing band we'll have a dance party! The problem with these performances is that they need artists that every household knows. So you get classic rock bands and top 40 pop artists. I don't really want to see those.
