Multiple 80-plus yards punts during 2021 season and also kicks field goals (converted 53-yarder in '21). Didn't have a single punt or kick blocked. Can kick off as well. Ran in the 4.7s at the combine and is an additional player on the coverage team because of his speed and athleticism. He had 2 punts blocked vs. Utah St. last season. Here is video of the second one. davefan66
Watching his zoom. I love this kid! Smart and well spoken. Has taken the time to learn how to hold from former NFL pro kickers. Also has taken the time to practice directional kicking. Cool. Edited April 30, 2022 by davefan66

I haven't see the first block to know what happened there.

Total # of punts and field position would be very important. A lot of what they showed by Araiza were punts from the wrong side of the field. Makes sense when punting from your 10 to kick the heck out of the ball. Your 40? Different kind of kick. Love the kid, hope he is here for many years to come!! Mij yllek
why would Baltimore draft the 2nd best punter 50 positions earlier than Araiza and Tampa Bay the 3rd best punter 47 spots earlier? Something else to consider, Araiza is great at kickoffs and can handle field goals and PAT's if our kicker was to ever sustain an injury during a game. Another luxury most teams do not have.
