Considering the Jets ran the Bucs close today, it does. I guess it depends which Bills turn up whether that rating looks high or low at the end of the game.

Jets will be mentally wiped out after their loss to the Bucs today, will be running for the bus next week

Let me also add if it was say a NE vs Jets line. I still wouldn’t touch it. Division games are tough and that is the NYJ Super Bowl to knock the Bills off the AFCE Championship

I know different players/different management, but could be some payback their organization gets on us.

If I recall, I think they were in a win and in in 2015 and the Bills beat the Fitzy led Jets in the last game of the year.

The other reason this line is stay away from.

let’s say Bills up Big at half. Who is to say by midway in second half starters are pulled.

if they know they have the AFCE they likely will just try and get out of the game healthy at that point.

Any rumors or official time when NFL is supposed to announce Saturday "flex" games?

Just looking at the week 18 slate of games, this has to be on a short list (albeit, possibly at the end) of considerations.

Zero chance this gets flexed to Saturday.

Expect the cheats to be playing on Saturday night... which gives BB the advantage of having an extra day to prepare for the playoffs.

Your guess for Sunday night then?

I'd think Raiders vs Chargers will be the Snf pick.

Raiders/Chargers is a lock for SNF next week.  It's a win/in situation.

NBC is higher in the pecking order than ESPN is.

Zero reason to put New England/Miami on a flex game, Miami is out of playoffs and Pats essentially playing to keep their 5th seed.

Unless their playoff game is Saturday

Yeah I think it could be LAC/LV

I expect (hope?) that the Jets will be running for the buses in this game.  The Bucs game was their Super Bowl and they blew it.

And out defense plays very well against young inexperienced QB's. The guys that give us some problems are the savvy vets like Ryan today and Rivers last year.

These Saturday Week 18 ESPN games always puzzled me because the NFL's very limited in what they can put in these slots.  They can't put anything on Saturday that makes a Sunday game meaningless, and they aren't likely to want to put a clunker game here between two eliminated teams.  So the games that make the most sense are any win-and-in games, any games for seeding, or games that are otherwise good on paper.  NE*/MIA fits two of those categories and so I think it's got a decent shot for a Saturday slot.  The Colts game as well as the Tampa games are also decent candidates.

Raiders/Chargers is a lock for the Sunday night slot.  Any "win and in" game that isn't dependent on outside results always gets this slot.  Although other teams can win and get in, the results of other games might mean they've already gotten in by SNF if someone else loses earlier in the day.  The Raiders/Chargers is guaranteed to be win/in and so it's going on SNF.  It also helps that the Raiders draw well.

Agree about the Raiders/Chargers, and general line of thinking for Saturday.

Nfl doesn't "want" to introduce any unfair advantages either.  Might be indicative of who will be scheduled for wild card Saturday as well.

I think Rams/49ers will be a good matchup and meets criteria to "flex", but think NFL keeps them and the Cardinal game scheduled at 4:25 on Sunday.

Find a way to get this one and then order some of the afc East championship gear. Have to enjoy them when you can. Never know how long it will be between division titles. Enjoy them

Been a while since Bills won division 2 years in a row
