Hmm questionable... I think just moving back too quickly trying to get up and momentum made it look awkward. But good eye there!

Yeah - agreed. No idea - just looked a little suspect

I'll be interested to see if Milano shows up on the injury report tomorrow. Look at about 50 seconds - he looks a little unsteady on his feet after a hit to the head, maybe a concussion?

hard to say. Maybe just an odd way of getting up.

we’ll have to see the injury report

I didn't say it needed to but was responding to the poster about the head hitting the turf, when it didn't. that is all.

Thanks for playing :)

I swear you and I talk the same language English 1.0 and 2.0  It just takes an extra post for us to clarify each other lol

Um, we have posters like that here.

You're saying that we have posters here that curse in every post and think the Bills can't be beat? Please point this person out. I'm not saying it's perfect here. Like any forum there's so people that set out to be annoying but not to this level. Go see for yourself. They told a Bills fan to get aids and to F off

This is what I'm saying.

I try to post with an awareness that 12 year olds may be reading.  Others show no such concern.  Sorry if it bothers you that it bothers me.

Just wanted to point out that, despite the "it's just a pinched nerve" talk, Mahomes IS in concussion protocol, as confirmed by Andy Reid this afternoon.

Also we just don't know Mahomes concussion history. Athletes coming up through HS and college often have more than what is reported. Protocols are tightening up, but many could easily fly under the radar.

We all know that once you get a couple, it does not take a lot of torque or a big hit to get another.

This will be the protocol.....

Neurologist - What team are you playing this week?

Mahomes - Apple

Neurologist - The Big Apple as the only team in NY.  He's fine.

Thank you!  You and I are apparently the only ones bringing this little detail up.

They can lie all they want about how he get got into the protocol, but if he's in it, he's in it.  And he will have to adhere to its guidelines.

KC can still fudge his progress and clear him to play after Stage 5, but the independent neurologist assigned to the team has to still clear him beyond that.

He also has to move methodically through all the stages of the protocol.

In theory, there is no way he should be practicing as normal on Wednesday, for example.

Matchup Predictor
53% Buffalo 🦬

According to ESPN's Football Power Index

note they had the Ravens as the better odds last week

What probability of playing is assigned to Mahomes in that predictor, or does it simply assume he definitely plays?

If he's out, it's gonna be a lot higher than 53% in Bills' favor.

hard to say. W/o Mahomes the odds should favor the Bills by more is my guess

His argument essentially is you want to see the best teams advance with all their weapons at full capabilities. Hard to argue. I mean look how good josh Allen had played this season in domes and good weather.

I can't believe some people are sitting there going "hell yeah wind, snow, rain, sleet bring it on!!" when we have one of the best QBs in the league and it slows our own team down.

This is where I am at. I really don’t like a lot of those chiefs players. But Mahomes is great.

this may not happen, but it would be great to have his status determined and hopefully confirmed ASAP.  I think the uncertainty over his condition is going to just detract from the run-up to what should be a great game.

There is almost zero chance Mahomes is going to miss this game.

The Bills need to prepare for Mahomes. Chad will not add any unique skill to the position that they need to account for.

Is he more mobile, does he have a better arm?

Prep for Mahomes and if it is Chad cheat towards stopping the run and blitzing off the edge/nickel ashe is a fairly stationary target.

Not sure why the Browns dropped back into a soft zone that allowed Chad to ramble for a first down. I would have brought the heat to force a quick throw underneath or to bring him down.

Their coaching seemed a bit slow to adjust throughout the whole game.

I took off this upcoming Monday and SB Monday 2 months ago just in case.

In December, I took the morning off for the Monday after Superbowl. The Bills better hold up their end and win it all. 😀

I rewatched some of that game today and I'd completely forgotten how in the game we were. I remembered the end where we scored so we were down just one score and our D was unable to stop them getting into FG range to ice it, but my memory was that they never looked threatened by the Bills.

I forgot we missed a FG at the end of the first half that would have tied it. We also committed some stupid penalties that allowed them to continue drives we would have stopped. We also went for it on 4th and short and failed on a QB sneak which we usually convert (it didn't matter anyway as there was another flag on Buffalo).

If this team plays smart and as disciplined on D as they did against the Ravens, we could really shock them
