Protocols are tightening up, but many could easily fly under the radar. Â We all know that once you get a couple, it does not take a lot of torque or a big hit to get another. Â And he will have to adhere to its guidelines. Â KC can still fudge his progress and clear him to play after Stage 5, but the independent neurologist assigned to the team has to still clear him beyond that. Â He also has to move methodically through all the stages of the protocol. Â Â In theory, there is no way he should be practicing as normal on Wednesday, for example. Â Is he more mobile, does he have a better arm? Â Prep for Mahomes and if it is Chad cheat towards stopping the run and blitzing off the edge/nickel ashe is a fairly stationary target. Â Not sure why the Browns dropped back into a soft zone that allowed Chad to ramble for a first down. I would have brought the heat to force a quick throw underneath or to bring him down. We also committed some stupid penalties that allowed them to continue drives we would have stopped.
