BuffaloRebound
I’d go get Taylor if he lasts to pick 40. I’d give up my 2nd and 3rd for him. He’d be perfect for this offense. Big explosive back who racks up TD’s.
FeelingOnYouboty
Love Dobbins, Hall, Bowden & Quarterman. Would be an excellent Draft! Currently I have it at 2. Cameron Dantzler-CB Miss St 3. Zach Moss-RB Utah 4. Lynn Bowden Jr-WR Kentucky 5. Shaq Quarterman-LB Miami 6. Braden Mann-P Texas A&M

We already gave away the picks that were super long shots to make it. At THAT point in the draft you can still get guys who can make our roster. Unless it’s a steal, keep the pick.

BillsFan17
Having any of the three of Swift, Dobbins, or Taylor falling to 40 would make for an awful interesting decision. I for one would pull the trigger, and have a top pairing backfield for the next three to four years easy. I know to some it would seem like a luxury pick, but we saw the downside to not having a good spell back to Motor down the stretch. Imagine not just having a spell back, but possibly an as good if not better back to share the workload. As far as Bowden, what's tough for me, unless you find the right way to utilize him, I feel like hell be lost in the shuffle. Love his skill set, and as a developmental spec, you absolutely take that risk, but for me it would have to be legit 6th or 7th round. 1

Dont Stop Billeiving
Dobbins or Taylor in the 2nd would be reasonably good value and at an area of need. I think we should ideally target CB and RB in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Now that RB is one of our biggest remaining needs, it's too bad that Etienne Jr. wound up going back to Clemson. He would have been another possible option on Day 2.

maryland-bills-fan
Basically we could turn #54 into #54 R2 stay pat #45 R2, R4, R5 #38 R2 R3 #33 R2 R3 R4 #31 R2 R3 2021 R2 Taylor might be top 20. Dobbins and Aken are more likely Edited March 24, 2020 by maryland-bills-fan
DFT
I doubt he’ll be there because the Phins love for him seems genuine (as it should). But oh my, would I RUN to the podium if he was. The beginning of the 2nd is going to be interesting when it comes to the run on RBs. But yea... Sign me up because I would have to imagine he would be BPA at that point.
Hebert19
Ya. I'd take any of the 3 if you believe in our depth at OL and CB then it's worth trading up. If you dont believe we have enough depth there or can sign more depth later then we need to stand pat.
TigerJ
That would be a nice draft. I'm not sure about Carlos Davis in round 7. He has great athleticism for a late round pick, but with Lotulelei, Butler, Oliver, Harrison, and Jefferson, Buffalo has a crowded room in the defensive line interior, and given Davis' upside, I don't know that he would last long on a PS without getting snapped up to some team's active roster. For a late round pick, that's a fairly weak argument against though. If Buffalo can keep him through a whole season, he would be a good candidate to make the team in 2021, assuming the Bills jettison Lotulelei at that point. Buffalo_Stampede
We need that home run hitter coming out the backfield to complete this offense. Instead of a 10 yard gain it's 60 yards.

Interesting. He is like 6th on my list and there are several mocks with him going to the Bills in the 3rd round. He is not much bigger than some of the others but gets praised for being a powerful runner- more like a fullback. What don't you like about hm? maryland-bills-fan
Hope hope, hope, move up somehow and take one of the top three or 5 running backs. Upgrade from the already good Singletary, get two good RB to spell each other, get another threat to run the ball and to catch a screen or circle and take it to the house. Another easy option for Allen. Imagine Allen moving out of the pocket with a Dobbins available for a sort pass or an Allen run.

That would be a scary O. That’s pretty close to my dream draft. Dobbins would be killer in the Bills offense and an absolute steal anywhere close to 54. I am a much bigger fan of his than of Taylor. Ball security has been an issue with Taylor, but not at all with Dobbins. As for scheme, Dobbins is the RB I want in the gap scheme the Bills run. He’d probably do pretty well in zone or even a power scheme too, but he is perfect for gap. Taylor is best suited to a power scheme. He’d lose a little effectiveness in gap and would be terrible in zone. Hall would be a really nice fit for the Bills C3. I like several of the day 3 developmental players and their expected fits with the Bills too. 2

njbuff
I wonder if the Bills will move around to get one of the top 4 RB's. The buzz is that Swift, Taylor, Dobbins and Akers will be gone by 54. There are many 3 round RB's and beyond that I like, but I seriously have no idea what McBeane is thinking. Also, there are barely any roster spots available and the only supreme weaknesses are a superior edge rusher and RB2. So, will they trade up and take care of one of their two supreme weaknesses? Singletary is very good running short yardage situations (beacause he has awesome vision and balance), and LSU RB looks the same but with high end speed.
