You don’t think Julio Jones helped Atlanta? Randy Moss didn’t help NE? You don’t actually have to win it all to be extremely helpful to your team winning games.

You’re already defining success by only a super bowl ring and only the best WR in the league. If Tyree doesn’t make the helmet catch or ATL defense stops NE once they both have a ring in those years.

You’re the one trying to be cute by selecting your own parameters to prove some point which escapes me.

The only thing I can think you’re getting at is “the best wide receivers aren’t really the best for your team”

ok, well then they’re not the best are they?

Didn’t you just try to tell me AB isn’t a loser because he won a SB (that he didn’t actually win)? Seems you’re trying to define a parameter by holding up a Super Bowl win as a proof source, too. Being wrong about a player winning a SB can happen to anybody. Hypocrisy is another matter.

Chemical, relax.  You're in an alternate universe called TBD, where the members are pissed that the GM tried to improve the worst receiver group in recent NFL history by signing a first-ballot hall of fame WR who's still near the peak of his career.  As a corollary, they also believe that great WRs are to be avoided at all costs, especially ones who celebrate good plays.

I already said I don’t care about your definition of a “loser”. AB  clearly isn’t  one by most people’s definition

We settled the issue on the definition of loser. We are now on to the issue of your hypocrisy of using SB wins as a proof source to establish a parameter in support of an argument. You told Gugny he shouldn’t do that when you tried the very same thing by referencing a SB win to support your claim about AB.* Nice deflection.

*even though AB has never actually won a SB

Statistics and ability wise, you are correct.

But he quit on his team.  He is a "me first," loser in my book.

Difference is I’m not trying to prove anything

Thats fine if you think that. But I think the Bills would be much better this season with him on the team. I’m glad Beane tried to get him. No need to argue any further imo

He couldn't be happy/was a disruption on a team with a HOF QB and the best RB (arguably) in the game.

Personally, I was indifferent when learning about Beane's attempt to trade for him.  I could see the good and the bad.

My guess is that it would have been more bad than good.  Going from Ben Roethlisberger to a sophomore QB would have likely led to him being unhappy very quickly.  We'll never know.

But he still downgraded significantly by heading to the Raiders (team and QB).  I look forward to watching this one unfold.

Again, nice deflection. It’s not about what you’re trying to prove or not prove. It’s about using a SB win to establish a parameter in support of an argument. Just like gugny did.

And I was done “arguing” the Brown issue a while ago.

I agree  using a super bowl win as evidence of anything is a weak argument. (Which I tried incorrectly to do) but it doesn’t change the fact that AB isn’t a loser by most standards.

What does quitting on your team, coaches, and fans the week of the most important game of the year because a playoff birth is on the line mean then?

What does openly mocking a teammate on Twitter for being named team MVP instead of you suggest?

What “standard” does that apply?

Locker room cancer? He missed one game at the end of the year last season. What about the rumors of Ben being racist? The Steelers were a pretty good team in his time there. I’ll take that type of carcinogen in the locker room any day.

Y’all just mad he didn’t want to come to Buffalo, but why blame him? We haven’t had a good passing offense in years. Our top 3 receivers combined don’t get as many yards as a #1 receiver.

I dont want to live in NY state either so cant see myself holding that against him.

Like the rumor of you making chemical weapons which cause cancer sometimes rumors are false.  Sometimes!

Simms: Antonio Brown’s got frostbitten feet in a cryotherapy machine

On Monday, PFT Live co-host Chris Simms said that the photos posted by Brown don’t reveal blisters but the peeling of layers of of skins from the bottom of his feet. Simms said that he once had a condition like that, thanks to what he called an “unidentified Buc fungus” in Tampa.

After Monday’s show, Simms got word from someone with knowledge of the situation that Brown burned his feet by entering a cryotherapy machine without the proper footwear, and his feet were frostbitten.

Chao is an infamous hack, a "007".  Amazing he still passes himself off as a legit (not disgraced) practitioner. I guarantee he's never treated anyone for frostbite, let alone "pseudomonas cellulitis" of the feet.

I think he has some good info, sometimes. But he does have a sketchy past. He was fired by the Chargers and had prescribed a bunch of meds to Junior Seau over the years. But he is still a practicing orthopedic surgeon who has experience with nfl injuries and can be informative from that standpoint.

He was suspended for 5 years twice by the California Medical Board.  He gave Seau 14 Ambient prescriptions, including right after he tried to kill himself in a car crash.  He was sued 20 times in a 13 year stretch.  He lost his admitting and operating privileges at 3 different SD hospitals at once.  One of his patients went in for a knee replacement and ended up with an amputation.

So he can spot an ACL injury on  TV, big deal.  He's a delusional hack.
