eball
Jets add Mosley and Anthony Barr in the last 8 hours. https://twitter.com/rapsheet/status/1105411658393051141 Massive deal.
JimKellyTryouts
Per Rapoport It's good to be a safety or linebacker nowadays... Kwon surpassing Keuchly at $13+M was more than enough, and now this is. Jets are definitely improved, but at one heck of a cost.
JM57
Silly money. He's good but he's getting considerably more than Kuechly. Let them spend it all on the defense.

Doc Brown
The money they put into their LB's has to be a record. Why not just draft two and pick up a nice street free agent like we did in Milano, Edmunds, and Alexander?
ChanticleerBillsFan
Don’t the Jets have a bunch of open roster spots to fill? Seems like they are going a little overboard. Mosley is a solid player. So they have picked up Osemele, Barr, Crowder, and Mosley
Wayne Cubed
CJ Mosley just isn't a modern sideline to sideline MLB. Great at stopping the run, can sort of cover but that's a good amount of money to stop the run.

We can all probably agree Darnold > Tannehill as well. Gase took the Dolphins to the playoffs in his first year, stayed afloat with Cutler year 2, and then the wheels fell off the roster year 3, so I don't think coaching was the issue - personality aside. He and Gregg Williams do make me nervous that they can get the job done. Edited March 12, 2019 by JimKellyTryouts

RobbRiddicksTDLeap
This is fantastic news! Continue to build a big name defense that will definitely disappoint AND will cost WAY to much money in about 3 seasons. All hail Beane!

billsbackto81
I love how everyone is "meh" to all this when in reality the Jets are doing everything they can do to make their team ready to compete NOW and not settling for scraps or bargain basement players. Something we all wished the Bills were doing. Does it guarantee wins? No. Propel them towards a Lombardi? No. The Jets have done this before. Splurge in FA and only to fall flat, but to their credit they keep trying. So let's see now. Leonard Williams Jamal Adams Anthony Barr CJ Mosley Avery Williamson and coming soon either Quinnen Williams or Josh Allen. And with Greg Williams at the DC position. Yikes!! Beane really has to solidify that O line now. C'mon Beane! Time to stir up that cauldron and whip up your best witchcraft cause we need it. Go Bills!! They are trying to win now. This whole rookie deal window is the most ridiculous thing ever. It typically takes QB's a couple-a few years to even start mastering all the little nuances and become a great QB. Maybe that's why so many 1st rd QB's fail miserably? They are asked to do too much too quick. Everyone needs to look at the SB winning QB's and see who wins. I'm gonna guess 90% of those were not on their rookie deal.
