Top 15

1. Nick Bosa DE

2. Quinnen  Williams  DT

3. Josh Allen LB

4. Rashan  Gary DE

5. Jeffrey  Simmonds  DT

6. Josh Jacobs  RB

7. Christian  Wilkins DT

8. Ed Oliver DT

9. Marquise  Brown WR

10. Devin White LB

11. D k  metcalf  WR

12. Andre Dillard OT

13. Jawaan  Taylor OT

14. TJ Hockenson  TE

15. Dwayne  Hoskins QB

Pretty good chance we are looking  at the newest member  of the Bills in that top 15 unless we move back.

I’m a little surprised that only 8 are defensive front 7 guys, based on what I’ve seen elsewhere. Also, 2 WR in the top 11 is interesting. Of course, the QB’s almost always push up the board, so I can’t wait to see how it goes!

It is looking as if up to three teams might be looking to draft a QB in the top ten, including Washington, which would have to trade up to do it.  That means if Buffalo were to have a chance to trade down with Washington at #16, they would still get a top 15 player.  There is no consensus about a lot of the players in Jeremiah's top 15, however.  There is a relative consensus on Bosa, Q. Williams, Josh Allen, Ed Oliver and Devin White.  The other 10 in the top 15 depends on who you ask.

A few of my thoughts :

- The usual  mocked OT in Little and J Williams aren't even the top 2 tackles with J Williams  projected as guard.

- Greedy Williams way down the list

- Jacobs has been getting  buzz but in the top 10 is interesting .

- Simmonds  is  not a name we see often but ranked top 10.

- I love Hockenson  and see why he's ranked so high .  A complete TE that can block and catch passes .  An old school throw back. Might be an interesting  pick as not only could  help  the oline but also catch passes and stretch the field for Allen

-Marquise Brown  a polorizing  player . Big upside but he's so small

- DK  ranked high is excellent  for us. He would  be higher if it were not for injury concerns

So, will Gruden draft 15 QB’s?

This guy has allllllllll the tools.

Regarding the mock, not surprised to see a tackle like Dillard moving up boards as Williams and Little slide.

Marquis Brown is really high on my list, but he's definitely a polarizing player.

Re: Greedy.... he mentioned a few weeks ago that there aren’t any “Marshon Lattimores or Denzel Wards in this draft.” So he doesn’t see him in that category, not surprised he’s not in top 15

Who is M Williams? I assume typo just not sure who you are referring to

I have to say, I only watched M. Brown once closely this year. Had to be his worst game. He dropped the first 3, then got hurt when he caught the 4th. Tiny little guy. I know that was a limited sample size, but how big is he really? If I bash him hard enough, they can start fitting his yellow jacket........ what do I know?

He’s AB’s cousin ... could help his stock having the good bloodlines. I saw that game too - Big 12 championship? Didn’t have a great playoff either but i think he was playing hurt there too. He did look fantastic when healthy.

He's a whole different kind of beast. He's gonna have to run a 4.3 to justify this kind of position, but I think he will.

Small sample size indeed. I'm a fan. The days where only 6'4 jump ball receivers are top 10 type players are long gone. Not sure about the dropsies. Didn't see him botch too many. With Allen's velocity, hand size could be a factor.

Being AB’s cousin could be awesome.....or sucky. Hope he has his head on straight!

He'll probably do it after Gruden's QB camp this year.

This made me laugh!  Gruden's camp and Mayock's combine, pre-draft and during the drafts talks were my favorite draft talk.  Now what are we supposed to do??  I don't want to go back to watching Kiper and  Mcshay squawk .

Also,

I think he has  N'Keal Harry, WR from ASU, way too low.  I watched all the ASU games this year.  He didn't always stand out, but what I liked:

1)  He was the #1 focus of every defense ASU played, and his presence alone helped the run game

2)  He can take the top off of a defense, scoring some long TDs

3)  He is big and has nice hands

4)  Don't let the lack of monster stats fool you- QB play was erratic

Just take the best PLAYER at 9. Look too fill holes in FA and later in the draft. Don’t reach that high.

I just don’t know now, nor have I ever understood how people feel this way. That’s how you end up with C.J. Spiller in the top 10 even though you already have Marshawn Lynch and Fred Jackson. It doesn’t make the team any better.  If the best player at 9 is a QB, are you taking him? How about if it’s a safety? There is a balance here. The defense is done. Leave it alone. Start fixing the unit that is incredibly void of talent. Adding to the defense at this point will not make us better. Fixing the offense is what we need to do. We probably can use any position on offense except for a QB. We need everything. There should not be a defensive player taken in the first 4 rounds of this draft.

There was a problem with CJ, he just wasn’t all that good. Serious issue there. DL is supposed to be the strength of this draft. I look long and hard there before making a decision. If Oliver can be the next Donald, I’m not passing for a 2nd round talent at OT. If CB is rated higher than OT, take Greedy (or whoever). Get the best players. Fill needs in FA the best you can.

Seeing D.K. creep closer and closer to the Top 10 in most Big Boards I follow is not making me happy...?

Honestly...Right now...I'm just hoping he lasts till #9...

I'm afraid he's going to go to the Combine and completely blow the lid off the place...

It's still early in the process, and I reserve the right to change my mind...But as of 1/22 I want Metcalf in Red, White, and Blue...?

I was gonna post something along these lines, but figured it'd be a waste until after the combine.

I would go down to about 20, just to be sure. Then eliminate the QB's, RB's and defensive players that aren't lineman...and see what's left.

Hollywood Brown should not be 9. Maybe 15-20? Love to get him if we somehow trade down.

I think at 9. Realistically

Rashan Gary

Devin White

Jeffrey Simmons

Ed Oliver

I honestly think after the senior bowl this week you may see Dalton Risner name a lot more.  Let’s just say I curious to see what he does.

I’m sure he’ll be plugged in a Guard and Center this week. Some reads say he’s super smart and processes everything quickly that he may be best a Center.

But I want a trade down to 15 with Washington and grab TJ Hockenson.

His WR rankings are interesting to me.

Just looking positionally he has:

Marquise Brown

DK Metcalf

Riley Ridley

N’Keal Harry

AJ Brown

No Kelvin Harmon is a surprise. I also haven’t seen much love for Riley Ridley over guys like Butler, Harmon, and Arcega-Whiteside.

The other day on his podcast he compared Ridley to Michael Thomas. That would be a good pick for us.

I like Ridley being I’m a Georgia Fan....

but Browns size is gonna turn teams away, DKs health and Neck is gonna turn some teams away. Ridley is not the next best WR.

I might take him over JAWS Whiteside.

I think it really depends on what “type” of WR they want.

I really like Debo Samuel, but I want some size in there somewhere.

I know this is not politically correct, but I'm more and more getting away from drafting the BPA, and moving to drafting the BOLA "Best Offensive Lineman Available" for about 5 rounds. Now that we have our QB, nothing else matters on offense until there is serious improvement there.

The problem was, the only good thing about our team going into that  draft were the RBs and we took a rb in the top 10. You just don’t take a guy regardless of position. You only have a certain amount of assets to build this team and you need to use them intelligently.

Are you an expert?

There are no experts when it comes to mock drafts, just educated guesses. Many "so called" experts whiff on their mocks every year. Passing on a Top DT or LT @9 for a 5'8" 165 pound WR will have many of us puking in our mouths.
