I will be very interested to see the compensation. He's a guy that had a couple great years and has battled the ball a bit recently. Still super young and talented. Depending on the price, he's a guy that I would have wanted the Bills to look at. UPDATE: Traded straight up for a 1st Round Pick in 2019. I like Cooper, but not for that price........ Getting rid of McCoys contract for next year should be priority number 1. A guy like him would allow Allen to take a step back for a bit and develop. His price tag is high, though.
