We're not good enough yet to be victims of " Trap " games.....12-4 teams have those...not us......we're not there yet and we certainly aren't good enough to take anyone lightly....

Transitioning from being that trap game for others to actually facing trap games is very, very difficult.

When the D scores for us and plays lights out with turnovers we can win but when the D needs some help from our offense it's a loss. Cant rely on the offense to do any more then a backup QB can accomplish. D needs to play better because our offense had a normal game today.

Baltimore's game plan against Tyrod still works, make him be a QB, stack the run and don't respect the throw.

Whoever blames Tyrod this game is crazy.

Bills lost the game in the trenches, turnovers, penalities, and coaching

He's part of the problem. When you have no interceptions in a route like that - you're not trying.

Yikes! Totally exposed, blueprint is out! Ugh, 8-8...AGAIN!!!!

I disagree.

I think we lose to the Chargers and wins against colts and fish at home.

We are going to do the inevitable once again, finish 7-9.

You're right. I said 8-8 but I think it's 7-9

The Bills are a team short on athletes that wins games (for now) by preparation and mental toughness. They have also been getting the bounces.

Last night they couldn't get the preparation edge and the bounces certainly and almost unanimously went the other way. The Jets played a hell of a game.

We are still very early in the 'process'. 5-3 is still very much an over achievement. They still have a lot of roster depth to fill in, as well as mold the starting 22. Patience is a dirty word around here, but I am looking at the forest through the trees

This is a rational statement amongst a barrage of hot take, the sky is falling over reaction. We all knew one of these was coming but most were in denial.

I don't care what anyone says, the jets are outright tanking and are still flat out

a better team all the way around, better D, better O and better qb.

17 years of flat out fail. Anyone who didn't see this bubble being

bursted in an atrocious way is blind.

See you at 5-6 for the heroic "they are good" 7-9 finish.

Being a bills fan is what i imagine an abused dog must feel lying

there waiting to get get kicked, cringing, knowing its coming.

7 miserable points, its mind boggling.

Why are we blaming Tyrod? The defense was abysmal and everyone was fumbling?

The play calling? Can we !@#$ing cut Tolbert or something?

My 2 cents.

Quick 3 step drop back AND PASS the damn ball.

You dont hold onto the ball and take a SACK!!!!

Typical Tyrod Taylor!!!

Mic Drop!!!

The Buffalo Bills were once again handed an opportunity against a team they should be able to beat and proved that this team not make the playoffs since the music city miracle of 2000. Tyrod "three and out" Taylor could not not help the offense and the defense which has saved them all year could not get the three to four picks they needed. Once again we have to realize the season is now over and everyone needs to stop going to and watching this damn team. I am about to lay out the rest of their schedule, which most of the teams are way better than the Jets.

They will lose both against New England that is a given.

They will lose against the Saints, Chiefs and Miami once because of Tyrod "three and out" Taylor

They will beat Indy

They will beat the Chargers

They will be at best another useless 8 and 8 Buffalo Team.

Please sell this team to LA or somewhere they can win because the fans are done with your 18 years of not making the playoffs.

Thanks for letting me post this fourms

You should work in the fortune telling field, I hear they are looking for more people.

Please - on many of those sack plays, the designs were for deeper passes. Dennison was outschemed all night.

Open your eyes man.

Throw the damn ball. An incompletion is better than a sack!!!

Enough with the excuses!

Excuse 1

The defense

It had issues and dumb penalties and that hurt.

Excuse 2

O line

Missed blocks

but IF TT gets the ball out he can avoid the pass rush.

This team is not built to overcome a 2 score deficit!!!

Why? It starts with Q and ends with B.

On pace for 10-6. Still a fun team to watch play. Im not freaking out, just hoping for some consistency on the Oline. Jets front is awesome, two pro bowlers we couldnt handle last nite. Move on, now lets get healthy and go beat the Saints baby

Im not freaking out. Im just pissed they let the AFCE lead get away!!!

TT was the least of the problems last night. O line and defense were terrible. Call them excuses all you want, but you're wrong.

This isn't an evidence-based argument. The QB is important, to be sure, but it doesn't begin and end with him. Football is the ultimate team game. Taylor played well enough to win a 21-17 game provided the Bills D held up its end (it didn't). Twice his receivers fumbled in FG territory, after all.

I watched the game closely, and I watched jailbreak after jailbreak, with no one on the Bills line capable of handling superior talents like Leonard Williams or Mo Wilkerson. Hence the pocket collapsed almost instantaneously on far too many occasions. There is nothing a QB can do about that if a play design is to push the ball down the field. And just look at the first play of the game - that was an instance of the Bills being completely outschemed. It destroyed a possession.

It was a team loss.....QB gets too much credit in wins and too much blame in losses

There were SEVERAL reasons why we lost last night

- OL was getting owned both on the run and the pass

- The D was not tackling like they normally do

- Turnovers

- The jets were making plays...we were not

We lost.....we split with them this season....I promise you all that the sky is not falling

You are old enough to wait for the other shoe to drop with this team.

What's upcoming on the schedule, 5 more games against lousy teams?

No, what is upcoming are 5 winnable games.

One loss does not end the season, no matter what the overly emotional hot take crybabies want to suddenly reappear to spout. Do you notice that they tend to disappear for long stretches of time when the Bills are winning, only to reappear after a loss?

Exactly. The Jests outcoached and outplayed the Bills on both sides of the ball. The Jests didn't make the mistakes, they weren't missing tackles, they weren't poorly blocking, and they weren't taking the stupid penalties.
