He's proven his ability to come back and play at a pretty good level for an extended period of time. Blackmon would be a nice starting caliber young safety to plug in and then the Bills can draft in the mid-round depth and competition for Rapp and possibly in the late rounds double dip for depth and someone that can play special teams.
