I'd much rather they use the draft...maybe a young upside play guy like Laviska Shenault or Jalen Guyton. I could see them really liking a guy like KJ Osborn. I don't know. He's going to play significant snaps in September and October. Phillips MIGHT be ready Week 1 but likely won't be 100%. Chubb won't be back until November at the earliest.
