I wanted Frazier gone 2 years ago but realized he's sticking around until he retires because of Sean's misguided loyalty. Sean allows Leslie to continue on. That's why Sean is in the con category. I don't have much faith in Dorsey either but he can't possibly struggle as much this year as last. And again the decision to keep Ken is Sean's. The question is how much. I would still gamble on making the playoffs, but it's likely not going to be our year next year...though it could be! And that's why we watch the games. Look at the team with a calm mind and assess what you see, and what the GM & HC/ coordinators are known to do. With Josh always a chance but I don’t remember feeling like this way about an off season since watching Kelly get knocked out of that j-ville game. I am sure there were some years during drought where we didn’t have best feeling about the following year but this is a strange one.
