Yep.. definite issues Can you provide me some sunshine and joy happy one? How am I overreacting? You are saying after one loss in the third week of the season the 1 seed is basically out of the question. What have I said that’s an overreaction? There’s one team in the entire AFC that’s still undefeated and there’s nothing they did yesterday that concerns me. You absolutely overreacted which is fine because you’re upset about the game yesterday. Once you give it some time and get over it you will remember there’s still 14 more games to be played

I have tried to explain to you already in a previous response which you quoted but I dont think you read ... I am not basing my judgment of them being the No 1 seed based on yesterdays result but I will state again.. Quote I always had some doubts with the Schedule and now i think its going to be tough with the injuries...

I'm convinced that a relatively healthy Bills team is the best team in the league. Of course, having a #1 seed is nice but as long as this team is relatively healthy (Hyde already gone, maybe another starter at a position of depth, etc.), we'll do serious damage in the playoffs no matter what our seeding. I guess it's another way of quoting Aaron Rogers - R - E - L - A - X. Depends on who's injured, but homefield in January cannot be discounted.

SoCal Deek
It's a somewhat ridiculous premise. If you have the #1 Seed but lose your starting QB the week before the playoffs, you're going to be in big trouble. We saw that during the Bills Super Bowl era, which was only made more palatable by the Oilers collapse in the Come Back game.

How is too many injuries could result in the season being at risk a hot take? Donuts and Doritos
Well, since we've already blown having a healthy team (Hyde & Doyle are done for the year), might as well go get that ,#1 seed.

Oh, the irony of it all. And whatever negativity that was in my posts, they double and raise tenfold. I try to stay even keeled throughout the whole week. Yes, I love the Bills and yes, I think we have a shot at the Super Bowl but yes I also hate the beer drinking, mouth breathing, idiotic aspect to Bills fandom.
Joe Ferguson
Bills cannot be a #1 seed if they go 10-7 or 11-6 which I expect them to be. They'll go on a good run in the post season no matter how ugly their record is.

The challenge this week is that doom and gloom has pervaded the board, completely reversing course on what we have seen over the past few months. It’s beyond rational. I have tried to explain to you earlier as to why I see that some have cause for the "doom and gloom"... This last weekend was another tough loss (I will expand here for the first time, but Im sure you are already aware of last years losses at Titans, Tampa, the first game against the Patriots last year and of course 13 seconds..).. all games that were terrible losses that they probably should have won ( Like Sunday against Miami)... The question has to be asked.. Is this just sheer bad luck or are there other factors at work? I dont know the answer but it would be nice for them to win a tight game as this hasnt happened since the 2020-21 season. Im sure you are aware that a lot ( 50%) of games in the NFL are typically decided by 7 points or less and there will no doubt be further close games down the track. So another close loss , but also there was an even worse result as far as I am concerned with injuries to key players on Sunday.... With the schedule over the next month it is going to be a problem that we will be without a number of starters... I dont get some in this thread that seem to have a personal concern because I had the temerity to suggest that it is "unlikely" they will win the No 1 seed ... something they havent been able to do in 30 years... I expect the team to play hard and still compete for the Championship.... they might have to do it the hard way though...
