FireChans
Kinda wack to go off gross stats over the last 3 seasons when Thornhill only played one and Minkah played 2. Other big issue with the passer rating stat is ignoring CB play. Hyde and Poyer have Tre. Chung and McCourty have Gilmore. I’m not even sure who Smith and Harris have? Is Xavier Rhodes still playing. Hyde and Poyer are good. I would have them arguably in the top 4 S duos in the NFL.
JoshAllenHasBigHands
The NFL loves stars. Since neither of these guys is a true star, they don't get the appreciation as a duo that they deserve.
njbuff
Excellent duo, but they do miss a lot of tackles.

He's a "superstar" in Madden (not that it means much). But I'm not sure either of them deserve to be considered stars. They are both solid starters that work well together. With them it's kind of a "the sum is greater than the parts" kind of thing. As a tandem they are great, but I don't think individually either of them are star potential. Florida Bills Fanatic
As long as Frazier and McD are happy with them, why should any of us care what some marginally competent number jockeys (PFT) think?

Brianmoorman4jesus
I will just say, as a whole: the Bills secondary is the best in the NFL. All together. Between Tre, Johnson, Norman, Wallace, Gains, Poyer, Hyde etc. As a unit, the Bills secondary is the best in the league IMO.

Over 29 years of fanhood
The stat totals are misleading regarding the 17-19 tag line. For example; Minkah and Edmunds don’t even have a full season together. I agree these two are great together, but I’m not sure what the arbitrary raking stuff does other than generate clicks. If they play well and we stay healthy (knock, knock) then the secondary could be very special.

Penfield45
Hyde was a nobody until he came into McDermotts system that is whats so special about McD. He can turn average players into elite ones. as long as he is here our defense will be one of the best in the league.
