I hope Buffalo is more balanced offensively than what we are seeing tonight. This team needs a run game. The defense can play but it always helps if you can score points and run time off the clock.

It's preseason, and we benched Shady. We are built to run first, this is trying to stretch what we can do

The five is part of his name. 5th generation of his name.

Yeah, I just don’t get why some NFL players need to make that known on their jersey. I thought Roman numerals after names were reserved for legal documents.

Why are people excited about Sills?

Cause he is a TD machine... He may struggle adjusting at first being an undrafted rookie. But he has a good of shot at becoming a good player at this level than anyone that went undrafted this year.

We've seen Bodine play for a full season with us, Sills just got here.

Bodine has earned his bus ticket, Sill has not.

Yeah but when you're an undrafted guy who the only things I hear about you are PI and a bad drop I'm not very optimistic.

That PI was highly questionable, Julian Edelman does that all the time.

You have to wonder how much of a chance he’ll be given to struggle. Undrafted guys need to show something faster than others.

Good showing from our draft class so far.

Oliver was a force against a top 3 Lineman.

Ford was solid (according to a report posted earlier, though I didn't see it myself).

Singletary was great

Knox obviously not

Joseph just had a good hit in coverage, not sure aside from that.

J. Johnson had that great hit

D. Johnson had the sack and a couple other good plays

Sweeney had some good plays, but a bad drop.

Allen just looked sharp regardless of the numbers. He had a cpl bad throws , back shoulder to Brown and one at Zays feet , otherwise was decisive and accurate. What a difference from last year at this time.

I haven't been able to watch the game  (listening on the radio), but the radio announcer said although Allen threw a low ball to Zay Jones, he still could have caught it.   True?  Regardless, hopefully those throws become less and less over time.

The low ball was on Allen, not Jones.  The throw near the end zone was good.  The announcer said Jones may have lost it in the sun which is a maybe.  It was a bullet.

I didn’t think the low throw to Zay was catchable.  The throw to Zay at the goal line, much debated here, was in his hands and dropped.

But that was in college.  Can't separate as seen in camp.  Has a HS body so needs 1 or 2 years in NFL weight training room to be a capable WR  in NFL

Ref Allen’s performance tonight.  The play calling was all passing while he was in.  There were some intentional deep shots called.  I don’t think that those series represent the playcalling we’ll see during the season.  As another poster said, we are built to run.

Yes it was catchable . Brown got his hand on the back shoulder , but was too outside, would have been out of bounds. Overall looked confident and comfortable . Most importantly looked much more decisive . Was accurate , timing slightly off. Looked much more than Allen in week 17.
