I can’t believe what a bad situation were in regarding the QB position. There’s still no consensus on whether your backup QB is starting, which is normal practice on any other team in this league, or whether we are trotting out a 35 year old veteran who was never really good who has only been on the team for a week. If that doesn’t scream “problem” then I don’t know what does. This is the process? I don’t want any more process. I want some positive direction and a plan.

Not to mention all loose shower mats being removed or secured.

No doubt, it's malpractice.  Whaley built a #1 running game and a top five defense in Buffalo, but he totally whiffed on the QB position and was justifiably fired.

McDermott has long career ahead of him as a DC in this league, but his future as a HC entirely depends on his ability to fix the current issues at QB.

Bean and McDermott have been playing with fire since the '17 draft when it comes to their QB decisions.

Pretty much do or die in regards to staying in the playoff race.

Cannot go into the New England game 2-5.

Get to 3-4 and pray for a Monday Night Miracle.

Playoff race? Looking for #1 pick right now in draft.

I'm actually encouraged by stats like that, because, for example, the Seahawks were the second worst ever, and then 22 years later won the Super Bowl.

So you’re telling me I should green light my buffalo bills 2040 super bowl champs tattoo?

Awesome!  I'm 51, in 22 years I will be 73.  #OneBeforeIDie ... if I live long enough!

I think putting a 35-year-old QB who's been on the Bills for a week and hasn't taken a meaningful snap in two years would be a pretty bad move.

Plus it won't be nearly as fun, as far as TBD meltdowns are concerned.

Not to worry - I am sure he is fabulous shape after sitting on his couch all year, has used his superior experience to mind meld with the playbook, and does not even need any practice to get in synch with the team.  Should go very well.  Should have just cut Peterman to satisfy the mob and signed another guy off the street to be the backup QB while they were at it.  What incompetence.

I'll be there Sunday with wife, two daughters, two sisters in law and one of them brining my three nieces with her from Buffalo.  And if I see Peterman run out on the field I'll lead the catcalls.

I cannot imagine how Anderson does not start the game.

I would start any of these over Peterman.

well, you’ll probably be drowned out by the cheers from the Colts fans when they see that we’re actually starting Nate.

Kinda hoping for Peterman just for the entertainment factor. This team has been bruta to watch. Boring football. At least if they play Nate on Sunday, I’ll have something funny to look forward to.

You into the comedic tragedy genre?

This season has been so effing miserable I can envision a scenario in which Derek Anderson quits halfway through the game after getting sacked for the eighth time. He was on vacation with his family two weeks ago and had to be talked into signing apparently, guarantee he doesn’t want to start for this mess right now.

if Peterman is in uniform the football gods will ensure he sees the field somehow. Get him out of here and get somebody else in immediately.

For Christ sakes' yes.  Is Landry Jones a PAGAN?  (People Against Goodness And Normalcy).

He was good enough to back up Big Ben for multiple years and has a winning record as a starter (3-2)!

His QB rating for his career is 86.  I just don't get it.

Question: is it smart to start peterman this week to avoid Anderson also getting injured and having to play peterman at home in prime time?

Are you related to Dunkirk Don?

Yes many fans will be drunk but I have never seen fans attack players on field or at stadium.

Some real loser louses may put something on players' lawns but only because they do it in dark of night.

I wish we could stop acting like the 5th was the only reason AJM was jettisoned.

Well the other reason the Bills did not want to give the 5th the Raiders wanted to take P5t5rman off Bills' hands.

Couldn't the Bills veteran leadership council just text McDermott if he is considering starting Nate and just say "Your an idiot?"

No for by using that phrase it proves they are either idiots or grew up in Florida school system.

Or as DC Tom would say "You're an idiot".
