Punching Bag
I would love to see a NFL game in Germany but international travel is so difficult these days. And I am not inviting wppete to go with me if I get tickets. Oh and DESPITE being a Bills fan I have already liked Green Bay fan since 90s and was advocate of Hyde being signed by Bills as soon as he was a free agent. Sort of like Kyle Brandt who was (and may be still) and is a Bills fan now. There are also a number of people on this board who have season tickets to other teams and are still Bills fans. Packers are playing an international game this year. Edited May 4, 2022 by Limeaid 1

Jags = London for sure. Tommy can get drunk on German Beer. Might be the German guy who called Tampons pick in the draft was the hint. SlimShady'sSpaceForce
And then I read the rest of the thread Quote This coming season, the NFL will have three games in London (Packers, Bucs, Jaguars), one game in Mexico City (Cardinals), and include the first-ever regular season game in Germany (Bucs). Bucs to play 2 across the pond? Back to back? Or let Tommy suffer from Jet lag twice 😆
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch
By the time May 12th comes around and they announce the schedule, there will be about 2 games left that haven't already been announced in one form or another. Didn't they during the draft state something about who Chargers were playing in Week #3? Was it KC That is sort of trying to drive the brand. They said certain things are going to get leaked and announced leading up to the Grand Reveal. At the Draft they announced the Week 2 Thursday night game (1st on Amazon Prime for the season) KC/Chargers. Now they will release the International games. I expect there will be some info on the Christmas/New Years Day games that comes out. Maybe the Opening Night/Thanksgiving games also get previewed. Little tidbits just to keep you focusing on football - even with NHL and NBA playoffs going on and MLB. The NFL still gets more talk about things like International games coming up in 5 months than the other sports get for nightly coverage. The draft alone will outdraw everything the other sports can throw at it. It is why companies like Fox keep trying spring leagues because even a stupid week 1 USFL game outdraws MLB and Hockey and is on par with top NBA ratings.

BritBill
I go to one game in London each year with a Cowboys supporting mate. We are going to wait for the full schedule release before deciding on which game to go to. With a bit of luck Bills will play 1pm (ET) and Cowboys 4:25 (ET) on one of the days of a London game. This way we can watch a game live before heading into central London to watch our teams on TV. The Giants v Packers game does look the most enticing at this time though. I'm yet to see either team play and I'd be quite happy to lend Daboll some support that day. I suspect this will be the hardest game to get tickets for. I have not been in to the enemy's lair yet but I do fancy seeing an NFL game there and it is less than 3 miles from my house. I could get home for a Bills game later in the day easy enough. We've been twice and it is an excellent venue. You won't like it though 😆 We're not planning on taking the kids this year so you're more than welcome to join us for a pint at some point (I'm not saying I wouldn't trust you around children just that we'll have more scope to have a few beers this year).

Having a pint with @GunnerBill and talking football must be a lot like giving @ExiledInIllinois an energy drink and asking him the best configuration for barges in a canal. richNjoisy
This list of games does give us a little bit of information on the Bills schedule. This means the Bills will not be playing the Vikings (home game) either October 2nd or 9th. It also means the Bills will not be playing the Packers (home game) either October 9th or 16th. Each second week mentioned has to do with a overseas team's scheduled Bye week coming after a game in England (or Germany too) Edited May 4, 2022 by richNjoisy

richNjoisy
Yes, that's true buffaloaggie but according to Peter King ( I can provide the link if you want) the Dolphins requested this specifically. Since they are a pretty stupid team management wise I doubt any other team......okay maybe the Jets.....or the Browns..... would request this.

Makes sense that the NFL would give teams byes after long trips.
947
WTF does Germany need an NFL game? Where does it end? This was clearly the plan with adding a 17th game to the schedule. I am 100% sure that within a few years, every team will be playing their extra non-conference game somewhere outside the US. And soon the Super Bowl will be somewhere abroad as well. I hate the whole international idea. 1
