Andy Reid is the most overrated coach in NFL history. Adam Gase is probably the worst head coach in NFL history. The Jets and Detroit Lions are maybe the worst run organizations in history. He is way better than anything we have. If Josh Allen played for Adam Gase he would probably be in Carolina right now. Player are hindered by their environment. Bring him to Buffalo and watch this man remind everyone why he was an all pro. P.S: This a football forum, if you want to discuss a miss spelled name, please don't comment on this topic. Thank you It has nothing to do if he forgot how to play football. Sometimes players, especially running backs play just drops suddenly. Reid knows offense, he’s one of the best offensive coaches there has ever been. He didn’t see enough from him to keep him active….they were better at RB without him.

kirkwoodus13
Our two lead backs are slow and strikes no fear in the defense.. These guys are seeing light boxes and can’t get the job done. Speaking of washed up, what’s has Breida done in this league. At least we know Bell has been a dominant rusher in this league. The last time he had was in an explosive offense with the Steelers what did he produced. The weak links in this offense are the running backs and the tight ends. The Bills ain’t winning nothing without upgrading one of those groups. Bell instantly gives this run game some respect. Obviously the coach and the GM felt that way last year because they were all in trying to get him. 2

Singletary has a career YPC of 4.8 and Moss was 4.3 YPC carry last year as a rookie while being a top rated back in pass protection. Bell is old, and only did well behind an overpowering offensive line. He got to wait and pick a hole 4 yards past the LOS. Our guys were usually hit by the LOS. Please provide something more than your misguided gut reaction. Unless, of course, you are his mother or his agent. In that case, I’ll give you credit for your desperate attempt. . They helped him thrive in his peak years. He responded by turning down 14m per year which he never recovered from. Subsequently he has done absolutely nothing. He is not currently viewed as a fast guy. Do the Bills have a great running back group ? No, but can they win with them-yes. Is Bell an upgrade at this time ? machine gun kelly
He’s not only done, but one of his teammates stated when anything goes wrong he always blames someone else. He had some carries mid season, but they kept going down for a reason and Helaire was getting more and more time on the field. Lastly, why would anyone want to bring in a disgruntled RB, that slams a SB Coach in Reid. Reid is well known for being a great players coach. Id never want that cancer in our locker room. Some people keep thinking he’s the RB producing like the time with the Steelers. Those days are over.

I am pretty sure it was more explosive than the Pittsburgh offenses and he produced less than our current RBs. Bell gives the offense no respect because he has not produced in 4 years. Our GM went after him to replace our #4 back last year and obviously doesn’t feel the same way as Bell has no offers and now Bell threw a highly respected HC under the bus and the KC players are even calling Bell out for a lack for not understanding he was the problem. Once again troll - fix your title to the correct name because we all know: Levon, Levon likes his money He’s made a lot they say Spends his days counting In a garage by the motorway and in his stupidity he cost himself NFL opportunity and nearly 14 million more.

That’s fine. I think he’s an option. Don’t trust our RBs at all. Just like Bell they haven’t done much lately to gain any trust. Yeah, they are great team players but sometimes that doesn’t get the job done. Bell struggled in NY just like everyone else on that ***** team. Hard to make a huge impact in that situation. When he went to KC what were you expecting? He played a small role in the offense, doesn’t matter if the starter went down, that’s all he was ever gonna play. How many times has a guy went from one team to another and made a big impact mid season?

TheFunPolice
I wouldn't sign a malcontent, washed up, slow RB that has been totally ineffective on 2 teams now since holding out an entire season for more money if he would come here for a nickel. We've got a guy in Singletary who is process personified, and is a better back today than Bell. I'm excited to see how his work with a speed coach pays off. Bills have dodged 2 disasters now in AB and Bell. Sometimes not getting a guy in FA/trade is a blessing.

He is better than every back we have right now. He needs carries and reps. His pass protection/blocking has always been excellent. He runs route like a receiver. The only question is his health and the fact that he sign to play with the JETS and Adam Gase. He is perfect for this scheme. Bring this man in and let him compete to be that Number 1 and only lead back. We need a back that can make the defense respect our running game . Two third round pick and a wash up Brieda is not going to get it done. Please Ring the Bell Mr. Beane Have you watched him run the past 2 seasons? Bell has lost a step and is a cancer- hard pass. We wouldn’t be “breaking the bank” My issue with this is wasn’t that what KC was supposed to be. He was paid by the NYJ - signed a deal in KC to get a shot at a ring and show he could still play. He couldn’t beat out an UDFA when CEH was injured and then threw the coach under the bus. KC teammates then came to Reid’s defense and basically said “He didn’t work hard enough and if there were issues to look in the mirror”. Not a ringing endorsement of Bell. Then assume you sign him for “pennies” - even 2.5 million or less - how motivated is he really going to be to come to another team and play on a cheap deal? He was not real motivated on a championship team last year. He blasted a pretty player friendly coach that most guys really seem to love to play for. If you got Bell of 4-5 years ago - a guy that seemed motivated and still wanted to be the best - that would be a guy I offer a cheap contract and hope to revive. The current Bell showed money was most important when he walked away from Pittsburgh and threw that team under the bus. Then in NY after signing a huge deal - he was never able to do anything and threw that team under a bus. KC was supposed to be the perfect fit - an offensive HC coming off a championship. A team that likes to use RBs both running and catching the ball. A near perfect fit and Bell couldn’t get into that team having nearly 1/2 a season to pick things up.
