Allen's arm tonight was unreal with that zip. Allen looked like John Elway, running throwing lazer's... that pass to Gabe Davis with the slight pump fake and the ball was there in the blink of an eye. Richard Sherman frozen just watching. Just awesome.

I'm sure Sherman has a lot of respect for Allen after tonight. He got beat a ton, and had that PI against Diggs.

So, am I the only one who never knew that Louis Riddick was the brother of former Bill (and one of my favorites) Robb Riddick?

You're right, Winters was announced with his pic in the little box, but we wasn't out there.

Considering the competition, I'd say the Seahawks. I know that the D gave up 34 but that's when they started turning around.

Wondering if losing the handle was an issue when he was at Utah...if it was, Beane has to focus on finding a back that does not put it on the ground. We seem to have that skill covered in our RB group.

I think everyone lost total faith in him after that play, at least for this game, but

maybe beyond. It was clearly nerves/fear In that position in the endzone. 
 

when motor went down early, I thought for sure we would finally see Moss Unleashed....

and then that fumble.

 

i actually bet you they dress Yeldon next week now.

Moss' fumble was 100% nerves. He never even had the ball, he knew it was a big moment & just choked, it happens. I expect he'll learn from it & work his way back to being reliable in the coaches' eyes.

He did, other than the 2nd QB sneak. I thought that was a bad decision. I also think Allen telegraphs the sneak a little too much. He seems to lean over the center more before taking the snap. If I noticed it, for sure opposing defenses have noticed.

 

The other call I didn't like was running it on 2nd and goal from the 10 yard line. They picked up 2 or 3. I'd rather take an extra shot at the TD than pick up a couple meaningless yards. I think that was the drive we went for it on 4th down and got stuffed.

 

But overall I really like how Daboll calls the games.

No. It was Ronnie Harmon. I still have the smashed remote control from my TV to prove it. One of the most deflating moments in Bills history. Was Jim Kelly’s best game. 
Rob Riddick was a baller. Great special teams player. Always gave it his best.

We did. It was 34-17 with 30 seconds left 

 

.... and that’s their 2nd string qb.... that just drove them down the field to beat the 8-4 rams last week.

When I told my dad that tonight it was like the dots just all immediately connected. He had never considered / realized they were brothers. He also spoke very highly of Robb Riddick, but obviously way before my time...(you old farts 😏)

More concerning for me besides the Moss & Singletary fumbles these last 2 games is the inability for our RB's to get 1 yard. It's gotten to the point where we go back to designed sweeps by Josh (which risks injury) or just throw on 3rd-4th & 1.  I just have no confidence in both our OL run blocking and Moss/Singletary hitting the hole?

Robb Riddick was the man...and a tough son of a B, whether on special teams or short yardage. Loved watching him play fearlessly!

 

Core special teamer for six years (as return man and on coverage). Was an important goal line back and STer in '88 (15 TDs, 720 yards from scrimmage, 100 return yards)---the year the "90s Bills" team first really came together...and he also had 1,100 yards from scrimmage, 200 return yards, and 5 TDs in '86. Good receiver out of the backfield as well. A role player, sure, but the kind you always want on your team and love to root for because of their toughness.

Bro, we did dominate them. 34 points against a top 5 to 7 defense.

 

And their final TD was a garbage time score with a half minute left.

You stick Diggs, Brown, Beasley & Davis out there it won't matter if it's cover 2, 1 or 0. Now if we just had enough of a run game to put play action more in place.  Still damn near unstoppable.

My son grew up in the drought years (he's 17). He told me tonight that seeing JA score gives him a comfort level he's never felt before. He can even tell a difference and he doesn't know the Kelly years like I do.

Mullins is a solid backup on a very well coached team. We still dominated. I like the mentality of this team to keep improving but dammit if they didn’t look like a top team tonight.

Josh still hasn’t and won’t get the credit he deserves after this absolutely stellar performance. He needs to be consistently mentioned as one of the top 4 QBs that he is. Only Mahomes can match his level of playmaking. Brady can only dream about the plays Allen makes. 
 

my top 4 QBs: Allen, Mahomes, Rodgers, and Wilson. Rodgers and Wilson cant scramble and throw on the run at the level of Allen or Mahomes (though they still can do it at a top 4 lvl), but those two still have the best deep ball accuracy. Watson would be the 5th best.

It could be lost faith, but he was also Banged around earlier in the game and hurt his lower leg/knee.

 

Until I hear (or see who dresses next week) - I will assume that McD limited him, but not that he is in the “doghouse”.

 

He is young and like when Singletary fumbled last year - you need to let him work through it.  That was also a bad exchange - so it is not like the ball got ripped out - it was totally a lack of focus on Moss’s part.
