Gordon hasn’t been great since he has come back. I would give a fifth this year that could move up to a fourth if he signs an extension in the off season. This in no way excludes you from still upgrading the passing game, be it now or this off-season, and you get a playmaker to pair with singletary moving forward. And the way the formula works you just need to sign less than you let go. Considering the number of draft picks sticking around and that we have 9 picks next year I think in will be lower than out. Beane says that he uses Free Agency to fill needs allowing him to pick BPA in the draft.. I still see need at DT,DE, WR and possibly OT...
