Always keep two in the kitty.  The ability to easily say "next" when a trick is acting up is a cure-all for their ****.

...those could be HIGHLY dangerous "fill in the blanks" on this PG-13 site....

Are you at the bar too?

I literally work down the street from where he is at, I recognize the Havana cigar club but I could not see the bar name so for lunch I winged it at some rando bar downtown, wrong one I guess... I did not see Poyer, lol

All the people ragging on social media:

It's just another form of dopamine release. Just like TV, just like rooting for a sports team, just like eating a piece of chocolate cake, just like smoking a joint, just like seeking out sexual gratification, etc, etc, etc.

I, too, have stepped away from it as much as possible and find it to often be a silly waste of time. But why do people do it? It's simple: When people see that someone has clicked "like" on their post, they get dopamine release. Homo sapiens are dopamine junkies.

Those of you not getting your dopamine from social media are still getting it elsewhere. You may be above the method, by you're not above the reward.

Oh you adorable little millenials and you social media. The age of privacy is dead. Let me know how that works out.

You are the gatekeeper to your own privacy. If you can’t get that right, you deserve what falls upon you. Going public about personal relationships shows a lack of basic life skills.

I mean, I know it’s a football messageboard so people are going to jump on the chick but if you’re stuck at home watching your 1 year old and your significant others out getting blasted every night that would be annoying for anyone.

On the the social media and not a private conversation is where she’s going wrong. On the other hand she may have tried talking to him countless times and he keeps doing it.

That could make you act unreasonably.

I don’t see this lasting on its present course. Looks like she’ll be getting paid millions by the Buffalo Bills soon.

Not to add fuel to the fire but he’s at a bar now watching sports and Rachel Bush is nowhere to be found....

Did he buy you a round? I hope he doesn’t have her in a trunk somewhere. Then we’d REALLY have problems!

I have to imagine there are studies galore on this topic, but in the end, I think it just comes down to 'look at me.' There seems to be some attraction to being validated by likes and comments. Even when it's ugly. In fact, I recall a study about how people get depressed reading FB because everyone else looks like they're having the time of their lives, traveling the world, eating at nice restaurants, going to concerts, etc.

My brother-in-law -- in his late 40s -- posts everything short of his morning dump. His most recent post was about the struggles of putting a fitted sheet on a mattress by himself. He has two daugters, and you would never know it. You'd think he was on top of the world, but in person he's a miserable dude convinced life is out to get him.

We use it as an opportunity to show our son the immortality of a digital footprint before he's old enough to create one. He's 13, but no FB, no Instagram, etc. So while I can't do anything about my BIL (beyond ignoring FB), its great for my son to look and wonder why he needs to post all that crap, with the understanding that when it's time for high school, college and employment, your social media footprint is the first place people look for info on you.

My wife had a college reunion and one of her best friends opened the first night with “hey, how’s everyone doing? I mean REALLY! I’ll start, of my three kids, one is in jail and another needs rehab again. The third is doing great, just starting med school.”  We had some “real stuff” to share as well, as did most of the others. Of those who had no dirt, half were probably lying.

Can someone explain what an "Instagram model" does beside post in swimsuits on Instagram?  Can they make $ doing it beyond ensnaring a rich NFL football player.  With all the free sex porn crap on the web who cares about Instagram models, i just dont get it.

That is all they do, but the views on their page(s) and eyeballs on their asses and everything else is what advertising companies look for. Even though anyone can view whatever they want for free like you said, a huge amount of people are still going to look. And that view = potential money to an advertiser. I think it's the most ridiculous 'occupation' in the world, but unless people stop 'following' and 'liking' these people and their social media pages, it won't change. It's embarrassing imo.

I don‘t care if he lives under a bridge and has wild sex with Hobos as long as he continues to play like he did last season.

I’m a fan of these athletes on the field.

Hangovers are 100% dehydration.  It doesn't matter what you drink.  Make sure to be hydrated by either drinking water while you drink alcohol, or making sure you get plenty of electrolytes before and after drinking alcohol.    It's a myth that different types of alcohol can cause more or less hangovers.  In my opinion the best way to stay hydrated is to mix a 1/4 tsp of Morton Lite Salt (Sodium / Magnesium / Potassium) with a bottle of water, shake it up and chug it down, add some Mio drops or something for flavor if you need it.  One before you drink, one after and you should be all good.  Try it out and you'll see.

Yep Powerade does the trick. Gatorade, although it works okay in a pinch does not have the same effect(no potasium). Always keep powerades around the house they have potassium sodium etc. Bannanas, and fried fatty foods are also great but make sure you hydrate.

Lol, the In N' Out right next to my pad too!

Consider me a jealous, jealous man. The closest In N' Out to me is close to 800 miles away.

Also, drop on over and ask them WTH is happening with those two and to keep it in house so as not to kill a perfectly good career

This is why I refer to FakeBook as the modern day Christmas Letter.  I remember getting those as a kid and reading all the great stuff they did, ballet medals, gymnastic championships, high grades, student body president, building and flying an airplane etc. and wonder why our family never does any great stuff like that.

My girlfriend (a lot younger than me ?) is always taking pictures and posting them.  I’m just like we are here and having fun who cares who else knows? Then she checks constantly on how many likes she gets.

i try hard not to be a get off my lawn old guy but man, getting your self worth from other people is insane. And I love my friends but honestly I don’t care if you’re on vacation or you just got done working out.  Everyone is so desperate for attention.  If anything, I don’t want people to know what I’m doing.

and I just realized I’m officially old. ?

Just because we feel this way doesn't make us "get off my lawn" guys. We're just from a different generation where we aren't drug addicts to our phones.

it does a bit, but that's ok. Over a long enough period of time everyone becomes that guy.

I get all the social media stuff and if done right, it can be great.  But things like Twitter/ Facebook/ Instagram just shows me how many insecure and insane people there are in the world.

his wife makes money because she has a nice body and pervs look at it.  And when she has a problem with her husband, rather than speak to him directly, she puts her business out for all to know about it.  So insane and she may be right.

as for the partying, Poyer isn’t partying harder than the 86 Mets or Bills and cowboys of the 90s.  I wish more athletes would live like Derek Jeter: don’t get married during your playing career, don’t put your business in the public, and “date” models/ actresses.

Haha.  I have no kids and haven’t been divorced so I look younger and im to date younger girls so I tried to pretend I’m not as old.  But definitely the hangovers last a little longer and I’m getting crankier about the trash music people are listening to.

He was ahead of his time with the azz eating and gift baskets.

Stay off the Twitter.  Handle your business in private. I am by no means giving Jordan a pass if he was out partying. I just think this stuff stays in the family it is usually better for everyone involved.

Some people love the drama.

an insta model and guy who married an insta model might enjoy public attention of all variety.

I'm guessing you didn't grow up with social media; neither did I.  For the life of me, I can't understand why people are so addicted to it, especially parts detailing personal lives.  Why would anyone want to disclose this to the world?  News, yes, that makes sense.  Marital issues, no, keep that private.

Sounds like Jordan has taken to partying.  If true, hope he gets his priorities straight.

It’s a global world now...you’re not somebody unless EVERYBODY knows who your are and what you are doing at ALL times...millennials believe they are nobody if disconnected from the social media “web”, unfortunately.

Personally (this is just me) I feel much more at peace not knowing what everyone else is doing all the time or feeling like i need to  broadcast  the play by play of my own life, but I think I’m in the minority.

Funny thing is, not too long ago this was the case - that we didn't know what everyone else was doing and they didn't know what we were doing.  Then Twitter, IG, FB, etc came along.  These technology products have their merits, but also their drawbacks.  An idiot who can't use a power saw will cut his hand off; a moron who isn't cognizant that the world is watching will embarrass himself on Twitter.
