Bills reportedly now the only team actively looking to trade up

I actually like Rudolph and I think he is in play at the end of the 1st... but he is not going in the top 10. No way. I actually feel his draft ceiling is 22 if the Bills haven't been able to move up. His floor is end of round 2.

Yeah, every year there's prospects that get pushed up by a vocal segment of fans, and when they get drafted later, everyone realizes that the GM's all had a much lower grade on them than the wishful thinking of the draft junkies.  I think Rudolph is one of these this year.  I expect him to go sometime in the mid 2nd round-ish area, but we shall see!

FWIW Mayock has us trading up to 6 and taking Allen.

Doesn't make any sense.

If we didn't like Mahomes last year, what's there to like with Allen?

Mahomes was a better prospect.

It also doesn't make sense in what the Bills did in FA with regards to the QB position. Allen needs to sit. They weren't aggressive on any of the placeholder QBs. They are looking for their starting QB in this draft.

A lot (and I mean a LOT) of NFL people do not agree with you.

In what way?

Both were raw with poor mechanics.

Both have mobility.

Both have enormous arms.

Both are "projects" who need at least a year.

One actually produced in college.

Mahomes is a better version of Josh Allen. There's nothing Allen does better on the football field than Pat Mahomes did as a prospect.

Not me.

I've said all along that it would take both 1sts, both 2nds and both 3rds this year to match what the Jets gave up to go to 3.

Me too. The draft value chart is meaningless this year.

This could be a problem

Ugh...

Whatever happens, happens though. It's out of our control. Thankfully it'll all be over soon!

I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Trying to prepare myself for disappointment just in case.

It at least brings me some comfort that we (Bills fans) are all in this together!

Whatever happens I know many others will be feeling my joy/pain.

You serious? Mahomes ran the spread at TT, is 3 inches shorter, and was projected as a second rounder.

I don't buy it.

Giants trying to pressure us into trading up.

We're bidding against ourselves.

Nothing.
