Be Love???

Not sure who thinks up these mind-control mantras for the NFL - maybe someone in N. Korea?

But seeing "Be Love" on the backs of all of the Packers' helmets yesterday gave me an idea:  the Bills should have "Be Josh" on the backs of theirs.

You didn't read the whole thing. The full slogan is Be Love You Long Time. I think Kraft thought it up

What a bizarre take

Why is it bizarre, the slogans or whatever you want to call them on the helmets is silly, and to be honest I never even noticed them.

I think the OP was just making light of it so he could inject his Josh Allen fandom.

Mind-control mantras indeed! It's sickening how the league is trying to encourage people to have goodness and kindness in their hearts! Next thing you know, they'll want the players to waste their time with sick kids in hospitals!

Today is MLK day.  BeLove is a slogan For the King center. It is  is a growing movement of courageous acts to achieve justice

I can think of worse things to put there, for the NFL it is likely they don't believe it but want to use it for their marketing purpose. Not sure I trust their motives.  ie.. more merchandise. Sort of like they did with breast cancer awareness.

The slogans are so out of touch and don’t represent real issues in America. But they do virtue signal and get approval from higher ups, and that’s all that matters. This is neither here nor there, and I’m not going to expound because this is not the place. But, yes, the eye rolling could not be more exaggerated when I see these absurd slogans. lol, it’s not 1960

How about going back to the good old days where there wen't slogans on helmets.

Although, "choose love" and what not does have a better ring to it than "NFL: the league of wife beaters" or "the league of gun nuts" (about 9 out of 10 players has a gun in that league).
