Green Bay literally had zero expectations this year. This season was all about seeing if Love could follow in 12’s footsteps and not only did they get their answer (yes) but now they’re 2 games away from appearing in the Super Bowl. They just dismantled the 2 seed Cowboys. Happy for them, and easy to cheer them on until we line up across from them.

Well the Boys were fleeced but they drafted the guy like 1 or 2 overall.. that’s a disaster for the niners..

Would be for the other 31 franchises. But the Niners have the best coach in the sport and managed to also get CMC for next to nothing.  While that lance trade was awful, I’m sure they’ll care very little as they’re cruising to the Super Bowl and hoisting the trophy after a blowout win.

Olsen is horrible. How he is their #1 analyst is beyond me. He should be on their C or D team.

And he had the chance to sign with Buffalo a few years ago and shunned us to sign with Seattle. So yeah, he isnt that smart.

Sorry, been saying CBS all thread, only just got corrected.  Agree, this announcing team is horrible, but the guy on the bumpers is world class!

No worries. Didn’t mean to correct. I do really like their music though.

shannahan  has a playoff hump to get over also.   He may run a great system but so far all he has accomplished is blowing the biggest super bowl lead ever.

Well having the best coach in the sport is as of now a stretch but certainly possible. The Boys I think felt great going into the game today as well. Shanny blew it as OC with ATL and is 0-1 in SB. They have some work to do before they hoist the Lombardi. Image if they effectively used that once in a lifetime draft choice better? Good luck to your niners 👍

Are the Packers definitive proof that developing a QB from the bench for at least a year is the best possible scenario? It's now 3 QBs in a row they've done that with and it just keep working.

Not sure.  You have Stroud who shines right away and Josh who struggled in the fire the first season but ultimately it was probably the best thing for him.  But on the whole you are probably right.  Most franchises would be better off with a lot of Packer philosophy.

Worked pretty well for Mahomes too.  Just sayin’.

Course it works best if you have a pretty solid team that is used to winning around him.

Imagine if Kolb never slips on that mat. EJ could have been more than just an elite hard count QB.

Most teams don't have the luxury of drafting a QB when they have a QB solidified. Almost all 1st round picks play as rookies now. Don't forget the Love pick was lambasted by the media saying they needed to get weapons for Rodgers.

Why go prevent?  Go with the defense you’ve been beating them with!

Because there isn’t enough time for the Cowboys to score enough points to come back unless they get many big plays.

Prevent “prevents” big plays.
