The last time they were the 1 seed they did and came out flat against the Titans. Could also get lucky with the Titans beating the Jags next week Harbaugh won't make that mistake. Like maybe take the 4th quarter off but you don't want your team resting for two whole weeks.
Scott7975
I love how Mahomes can always get rid of the ball on the way down to the ground. Never called in the grasp. 2

Agreed. Titans would be motivated to eliminate the Jags Also not relevant but interesting. The 1999 Jags went 14-2 in the regular season and loss to the Titans in playoffs. The Jags were undefeated, only to lose to Tennessee 3 times (regular season and the playoff loss)

Win or lose changes nothing for them. In 2020 the Ravens rested their starters in the final week of regular season, came out flat and promptly lost to the Titans two weeks after. They won't want to repeat that trick. I think the starters will take some snaps, albeit perhaps only for a half. Far more likely, unfortunately, that the Browns will field back ups against the Bengals.

DapperCam
Does the ball need to be in bounds when you leap across the first down line? Because that ball was 100% out of bounds. Not sure how they could ever overturn it though.

Success
So, you go for the onside kick over a 4th and 5 for a TD.. I find that kind of odd.

gonzo1105
I’m watching on game cast but why wouldn’t the Seahawks boot the kickoff through the end zone with with 2:01 remaining. Pittsburgh then has to run a play and you have two TOs. Seems like a dumb decision by Carroll kicking the onside 1 3

stlbills13
We're gonna have to beat the dolphins. Which is fine. A team that wants to win a Super Bowl has to be able to win in Miami against a team decimated by injury
buffblue
Why an onside kick in that situation by Seattle? Could've kicked it deep and still got the ball back with reasonable field position and over a minute on the clock

Being divisional rivals, they may fear the Steelers slightly more than they otherwise would. At the moment, they'd see the Bills as beatable. It's funny how we've been claiming the NFL has been becoming an offense league when, actually, so many teams have been relying on their defense to get themselves into this position. HomeskillitMoorman
Not a good onside. If you kick that through the endzone, with 2:01 and 2 timeouts, a stop gets you the ball back with enough time to go down and score. Now you lose 40 extra seconds even if you get the stops and get pinned deeper. Unless the clock starts on the kick, I don't remember.
