DrDawkinstein Posted March 18, 2023 Share Posted March 18, 2023 This probably couldnt be added to any real Mt Rushmore given the circumstances, but The Cosby Show absolutely deserves serious consideration if it wasnt for, well... decades of drug-induced rape. I don't acknowledge anything that came after Arrested Development Seasons 1 through 3 Family Guy was funny early but got old quickly after it came back on the air I think Seinfeld did it right. 10 years is about the maximum life span over which a show can maintain excellence. I love the Wonder Years and it's one of my all-time favorite shows. It's hands down the greatest coming of age show ever. I think it is considered a sitcom technically but when I think of sitcoms I tend to think of shows based off comedy.
