I mean Dak Prescott lit up the Eagles D for 41 I can imagine what Burrow and Mahomes would do

Mahomes and Burrow have combined for 29 points over the last 8 quarters of Super Bowl play against the NFC's best defense.

And you're using a Garner Minshew 4 turnover game that gifted the Cowboys 28 points as some kind of proof against the Eagles defense.

Isn’t at least having a guy with a functioning arm the better option?

CMC is not a QB. But right now, it’s not just the fact that the defense knows exactly what you’ll do, but at least CMC gives you the small threat of a pass.

Deebo can throw the ball

Yes that’s why they’ll lose by a lot

This may be worst football game of any importance that I have ever watched. Obviously it’s the injuries, but seriously, the Niners should have offered a lot of money to Ryan Fitzpatrick when Purdy became the starter. How Josh Johnson remained in the NFL for so long is mind boggling.

At least 10 isn't the low water mark now.

So I had hoped that the 49ers were going to win this game, because I despise Philadelphia & their fans, LOL, but once Purdy went down, their chances dropped to about 10%. Even with a healthy Purdy, Eagles probably still would have won. Couple things though:

1) The refs seemed to be on the Eagles side all day, even on that roughing the kicker call in the 3rd qtr, you could make the argument that the Niner was pushed into the kicker. The missed call on the 4th down drop by the Eagles receiver was huge early on too. SF had no real time to challenge it either; the "upstairs NFL crew" should have stopped the game and got it right. Can't blow calls like that in championship games (with today's technology).

2) They really need to outlaw the pushing from behind by other players in order to advance a runner. Yes, I know we did it too for Josh, but I'm sick of it...is this rugby? 😂
