record HEAT in socal right now. Cash registers crashing in grocery stores hot.  Gosh I hope it cools down for the game. For the teams AND the fans. Better bring your sunscreen while you're at it.

I know it will be a consideration on Thursday I really hope it cools down

I'm not. He's their best lineman lol. Wouldn't be shocked if he's all pro. He's dominant in the run game

I’m 100% with ya, I’m not sure why a portion of the fan base is slow to come around on the realization Brown is the best RT on the team and like you said, he has the potential to be the best lineman on the team.

I’m guessing it was the up and down rookie campaign but his ups were very exciting and considering he hadn’t played football the year prior and was starting his rookie year is awesome and I fully expect Brown to be great this year and cement his position on this team.

5 billion doesn’t go far in socal apparently

Isn't that the average cost for a 400 sqft studio apartment there?

Watch Morris catch 40 for 500 and 5 tds

More likely he is able to pancake LBs and spring Motor, Moss or Cook.

He’s not.

and

they rely on passing the ball way more than they need dominant road graders.

I like Brown but I didn’t mind Quessenbury at RT either.

as far as all pro, I hope you’re right!

Why does SoFi Stadium have no air conditioning?
The Athletic describes the venue design like this: There's basically a big canopy over the field, but the sides of the stadium are open. Together, the sun and the turf can make it feel pretty toasty at field-level when it's hot out

SoFi Stadium is "climate-controlled" but does not have air conditioning or a heater, per Local 12, so temps inside could be higher than the readings of the thermometer outside. The roof of the stadium is built to regulate temperature inside, and the sides of the stadium allow for a breeze to flow through.

Stadium is designed for climate confusion.  It's in the renderings

Serious question, who actually makes the call on uni combo for each week? McDermott? Beane? Someone else?

someone tosses a coin?  😝

at minimum they communicate with the league / opponent to get colors to not match.

I know these are the highest conditioned athletes around. But heat is nothing to mess with. I bet they will have IV's ready. blech.  It's just that for socal these conditions are NOT the usual and folks here are all in agreement. This excessive heat has Got To GO.

I know they will be prepared for it on the field. The fans? Best to mix in a bottled water here and there with your craft beers 🙂 . It's going to be a  Blast no matter what!

Very surprising to see Spencer Brown starting given that he hasn't spent really any time with the 1's up till now.

I think fans and media truthfully have no idea what is going on at OBD.  If Spencer is truly starting then that was always their plan and they purposely eased him back into activity while they had time in camp.  The great thing about it is that Quessenberry got a lot of time with the ones so he’s ready if called upon.

The high in Inglewood is 86 Thursday. Game is in the evening. They'll be fine .

Yes, i see Inglewood is 3 degrees less, but 95 is still brutal.  Anyway, I’m not seeing the numbers you are seeing:

https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=33.9618&lon=-118.3565#.YxS0URApC-o

Game starts at 5:20 pacific with warmups before that.  Probably still be 90 at halftime.
