Heh.  Well, there's a local Italian restaurant in St Louis which serves a pasta they call "The Eviction Notice".

I'd see if they could ship some to Hunter Henry's address, but if I were him I wouldn't eat food sent to me by some rand-o, so....

Sheesh—all this talk every week about what this game or that game means for Josh Allen's status.

I wonder if Broncos fans debated this weekly in the 80s regarding Elway. I wonder if Packers fans felt this anxiety every time Brett Favre took the field in the early 90s. How about Dolphins fans and Marino for 10+ years?

Or is this just a Buffalo thing because deep down, we expect the rug to be pulled out from beneath us at the last moment?

It’s a message board thing

This is, of course, a comment. The players are leaving no doubt of their preference. Watching this unfold is extremely frustrating, knowing Terry and Kim could easily afford a dome without affecting their lifestyle in any way but are simply choosing not to do it.

The team is better in a dome, Allen is better in a dome, future generations aren't going to want to play in the elements any more than this one is, and the elements provide no advantage whatsoever to the Bills.

How do you know how it would effect their lifestyle? why don't you start a go fund me page for 500 million dollars for the dome and see how ya make out

Fair points. For sure it's way too early to crown Jones the next Brady. However, right now he is effective in the Pats system. Winning six games in a row is an impressive feat despite who they have played. There's lots of talk about Jones and the offense but it's their defense that's formidable. They present a huge problem for the Bills. Make no mistake about that Belicheat will have an awesome game plan to stop the Bills. Imho, Allen will have to be great for the Bills to win. An average Allen won't beat the Pats. How effective will Brown and Feliciano be coming back? Even healthy I'm not convinced the Bills Oline can establish a decent run game or protect Allen.

Lastly, the pressure isn't on the Pats. All the pressure is on the Bills. They are at home and the resounding pre favorites to win the division and a great chance to play in the super bowl. The Pats are playing with house money.

This game should tell us If he Bills are pretenders or contenders.

Their defense is great but I don’t think it’s an excellent matchup for them…they seem to really be ravaging teams that rely on a balanced attack to open up the passing game because they’ve been pretty tough to run on. If their defense has a weakness it’s their secondary. I don’t understand how they’re playing with house money…do you mean based on preseason expectations? Like they weren’t supposed to be good so who cares if they don’t win the division? That kind of thinking might work on fans but doesn’t mean anything as far as success this season goes.  A loss would be absolutely devastating for them because they lost to Miami week 1 and we are undefeated in the division…not to mention Miami seemed to give them some trouble week 1 and they have them on the schedule again. A loss hurts them more than it hurts us because we get a rematch against them to get a chance to tie up the head to head and take back the division record tiebreaker and catch up a game.  If they lose they likely have no chance at that division record tiebreaker as we’d have to lose to them in the rematch and dump one against the jets and they would have to beat the dolphins. They’re essentially losing two games if they lose Monday. It would look scary short term to us if we lose but if we end up splitting with them we’re catching up a game and a half in the rematch  because we would own the tiebreaker

Retractable is just too expensive. Just build a dome. There is nothing romantic or enjoyable about watching a game in the rain.

Yeah either would be better retractable roof/dome..Although as for the roof being too expensive, not sure if any and if so how much the tax payers would have to dish out. Or is Pegula paying the bulk? I'm not sure who/how many are involved that will be invested in it and all that stuff, but it's all expensive dome or roof.

I can see the roof being more than dome, but either would be great for lot more than just football. Could do anything, concerts etc. Probably wouldn't take very long to pay for itself.

Gotta admit - I'm jealous of the Pats signing Judon.  He says all of the right things & has a great attitude - but he's just a beast on the field. Exactly the kind of player & leader any team wants.

Totally disruptive when I have seen the Pats play.  He's just a one-man wrecking crew out there.

Yeah he's been playing great. Their Dline in general have been playing well for that matter. Good thing our OL will be back for this game. At least gives Bills a better chance

I mean, w/ the weather, what you just pointed out is absolutely huge - on both sides of the ball. Star is such a difference maker against the run, but having our O-line mostly healthy will make a real difference.

Pundits and Pats fans expect us to have no running game, and for that to be a big advantage in bad weather. They're not necessarily wrong, but we've hardly seen what we can do when the line is healthy.  Breida gave me some hope last week, also (which is a sentence I never thought I'd be writing this season).

Cold and snow isn't normally a good thing for a speedy back. Wondering if Moss is going to be active as a game plan specific play.

Yeah not sure how it will go down, but if weather is really bad Daboll will pretty much have to run the ball a lot. Although never know with him. But Breida clearly makes a difference in the run game imo.

So yeah, with OL back I'm excited to see how Breida does changing it up with his speed.

Shady McCoy could cut on a dime like "Snow?   What Snow?"

Seems like last year someone asked Diggs if he'd talked to people about how to play in the snow and he was like "No, I haven't talked to no one, I don't want to know nothing about it"

But Shady is 100% the guy he should hit up for advice

Sure but not talking about cutting in snow. Poster I quoted said snow isn't good for "speedy" backs. Hence my response about McCoy

I know, I know....man did I covet that guy.  And while his contract is for $13.6M with $32M guaranteed, he only has a cap hit of $6M this season.

Would I rather have Judon for $6M this year, or Sanders?  DUUUUUUUUHHHHHH

I understand why Beane didn't want to go that high for that long, but stilll.....dammmmmmmnnnnn

I don’t know about that.., it can be an advantage:  see McCoy , LeSean vs Colts in snow game.

It’s a few minutes in. He was asked about turnovers.

He did, but McCoy wasn't just a speed back.

Again, McCoy wasn't just a speed back. He also played in cold and snow his whole life.

Also comparing a guy that was a superstar and guy that will get HoF consideration (though I'm not sure he gets in) against a scantly used journeyman is a huge stretch.

Ok, well what else would you say he was? He certainly took quite a few long distance to the house for the TD. I consider that a RB with speed myself. Also he took a few all the way for TD's in snow games multiple times. So we agree he was a speed RB, what else was he then? Certainly not a bruiser type. Guess you could call him a dancer?
