Baldys breakdown - Pats game

Couple things.   For those complaining about Josh's numbers.  Come on...this was a run first gameplan that worked.  Some awesome wrinkles.  And 2...look at the John brown catch and run.  Diggs makes a great block and then the reaction after is awesome.   Was giving Josh some love for a great check at the line.   Perfect play call.

Btw.  Love his breakdowns.   One of my favorite watches every week.

Watching Baldy is like watching NFL Primetime combined with a Slim Jim commercial.

What’s not to like, 👍

Go Bills!!!

Just noticed on Allen's TD run, from the opposite end zone view you can see when he throws/spikes the ball it nails the sound guy in the stomach lol.  Happens about 4:05.  Reminds me of the Giants player who scored a defensive TD and threw the ball at a guys face after he scored.

He didn't hit the sound guy.  If he had, the guy would have doubled-over.

LOL the ball did look like it was going to nail him, but you can tell it goes to his left.

No he missed him, sound guy very slightly flinched but it really wasnt very close.

throwing a player to the ground does not constitute a hold. Having a hold of the player outside the chest area does, but generally doesn't get called if the lineman lets go in time.

Well he has his left hand on his shoulder and his right hand grabbing his jersey almost in the mid back, close to a bear hug of a small player, that imo was a hold although this yer they are letting players hold regularity and not calling them.

Tyler Kroft is proving to be pretty effective as a run blocker. He looked great that game.

Man, I don't know why Diggs got a bad rep in Minne but he seems like the ultimate team guy for us. He's blocking, getting hyped, making plays, etc. I love this signing more and more every game.

Agree 110%  Must have been some real bad mojo there in Minny......Diggs is the ultimate in team player.  Helping, cheering, catching.......so so happy to have THIS guy and not some 1st rounder that The Bills are trying to teach all these things too.  A lot of value in this trade!

it always sounds better when they're complimenting the Bills.

I haven’t looked but my guess is that Baldy purposely gushes over players on every single team in the league.  I think that’s his plan. Build a following among every team’s fan base one by one specifically by gushing over players on their team.

Allen didn't have his best day throwing the ball but there were some drops and he made some really good adjustments at the line showing he is improving at reading defenses (esp a Belicheck defense)

The "Tornado" call, which was the screen pass to John Brown, was great. I don't know if that was the designed play but it appeared that Josh Allen made an adjustment on that play call.

Diggs has 79 targets in 8 games with us, he had all of 94 last season in Minnesota. Being heavily involved keeps guys happy & motivated. He's a great teammate, but I can see anybody with elite skills getting down in that case.

For those wondering, as Baldinger posed the question during his breakdown: Josh Allen now has 21 rushing TDs in his career.

Following the Jon Gruden model

Thanks for posting.

Dunno what's wrong with me as I relish watching the Buffalo Bills run like they did against the Patriots. Those Bills linemen imposing their will against the Patsies while wearing them down. The WRs blocking and everyone on the same page working like mad to move the chains. Great stuff.

Watching the Bills go old school on Sunday really made me wish we had Fred Jackson in his prime on this team. Watching him run over defenders was one of the few highlights on some bad teams

I do not recall Good Morning Football doing Angry Runs when Fred Jackson was running but he definitely would win one.

I hear ya,  both Singletary and Moss bowled over defenders in the pats game, that’s a good showing imo,

Go Bills!!!
