Yeah but just read through that guy's feed a little and it's pretty obvious he's their janitor who tricked Twitter into the blue check, I was more talking about the people who actually do something football related at PFF

Haha his claim to fame is that he was a contestant on the Bachelorette

Oooh, good point.  We had lasagna and cheesecake before the Dallas game.  Perhaps I should serve that Sunday.

Or not

I think that regarding juju, he will play. I don’t think he or Conner are 100% though and it’s maybe preferable to have some hobbled guys out there.

Looks like percentage for precipitation went from 10% yesterday to 40% today. Looks like could be a rain/snow mix.
Does Pitts get lake effect like Buffalo?

That would be "No", on the grounds that they aren't on or near a lake

Currently alleged to be high of 37, low of 30, partly cloudy.

But, rain Fri and Sat (just rain - not mix) and Mon/Tues after a warm front comes through, so it all depends on how fast said front boogies along.

So we lose a hard fought battle with the ravens and all of a sudden everyone thinks we won't be able to handle Duck? I get their defense is tough but we should win this game.

no one is worried about our defense

ppl are concerned about Dabboll calling another poor game and Allen not being able to beat a top defense.

And the Jets

Oh wait and the Titans too

right now (on points):

Titans #9

Broncos #10

Cowboys #12 (higher when we played 'em)

I think both the Broncos and Titans were higher when we played 'em

I don't use points a lot tbh

First thing I look at.  Points win games.  But if a D is legit, shouldn't be much discrepency between points and yds, if there is, "Something is Happening"

Jets for example.

#7 D on Yards

#19 on Points

Hmmmmmm....

"Something is Happening" can mean D starts with poor field position a lot due to ST or turnovers

Or O or ST give up points

Dunno what's up with Jets, haven't looked (yet)

Yeh but point don't tell a good story imo. The Bills made the Ravens take, what, like 8 plays to score after the Allen sack fumble on our own 25? Like 3 yards/play but if you just look @points it's 7 regardless

Also some total pt lines include special teams points, nothing to do w/defense

You are right. I didn’t realize Pittsburgh was over 130 miles from Lake Erie, been awhile since I’ve been up that way.
Lake Effect snow can only travel up to 100 miles.

The thing that drives me nuts is the notion that Allen is a turnover machine.  From the link on page 21 of this thread:

Let's look at some QB's rated equal to or better then Allen on this list and focus on their total TD's and total TO's:

Watson =  31/12

Jimmy G =  26/16

Dak Prescott =  27/12

Ryan =  23/16

Wentz =  23/13

Carr = 19/11

Allen = 25/12

Now lets throw out a couple of names who are rated lower then Allen but aren't called TO machines:

Rivers =  20/17

Goff =  17/19

Mayfield =  19/18

Minshew =  15/12

Darnold =  17/12

Kyle Allen =  18/19

Now lets look at the whole list (31 players) and focus on those that have as many or more fumbles then "fumble prone Josh Allen":

Rodgers =  4

Jimmy G =  5

Ryan =  4

Wentz =  6

Goff =  5

Winston = 5

Minshew =  7

Kyle Allen =  7

To be clear I left out the elite QB's who have much better numbers then Allen.  But Allen isn't elite YET.  But the notion that he's a TO machine is rubbish and the numbers prove it.

It's not just distance, it's direction, prevailing wind direction, and topography.

Pittsburgh SE of Cleveland with some hilly country between 'em

He’s only got 12 total to’s in 13 games. I just don’t understand how the narrative is still around.

I’m curious of how many qb’s actually average more than his .92 per game. I bet Allen is simply middle of the pack.

I think it’s partly because the proclamations of the “experts” were so bold and over the top with him that they are clinging for dear life to their old assertions.... notice that it NEVER gets mentioned that there are a mere 6 qb’s in the whole NFL with more total td’s? After all, isn’t that what the position is all about? Scoring freaking tds!!! Here’s the start of that list:

Jackson

Watson

Wilson

Winston

prescott

Jimmy G

..... JOSH FRIGGIN ALLEN!

Bingo!  And remember how after they had fast starts folks on 2BD were talking about how Minshew & Kyle Allen were better value then Allen because they were low draft picks?  Now look at them:

Minshew =  15/12

Kyle Allen = 18/19

And Denver

Dallas and Denver have "good" defenses.

Pitt has an "excellent" D. Their front 7 is down right scary. I just re-watched the Arizona and Cleveland highlights and they got after Murray and Mayfield what seemed to be effortlessly. Our O line will not be able to handle them and Baltimore has already given them the blueprint for Josh. We will have to hope we force some turnovers from Duck. Hopefully get an early lead and force them to pass often, something the Duck is not accustomed to.

One thing I did notice about Duck is he isn't afraid to chuck it. He throws the deep shot when there's single coverage and trusts his WR's to make the play.

Those are two bad olines though, the Bills’ isn’t nearly as susceptible. Pitt doesn’t have the horses in the secondary that Baltimore does, and I don’t expect the offense to struggle nearly as much against their pass rush because they will expose their coverage unlike the Ravens. I think Allen has a nice day and the Bills win comfortably tbh. Singletary and Brown should be productive as well.

Kinda like those commercials...Looking over their games they don’t score alot of points and rely on turnovers from their D...we get a couple drives and don’t give up the deep ball they seem to live by we win this game pretty easily as this isn’t exactly Lamar Jackson and crew

Neither does Buffalo. And what do you know, we also have a fumbling prone QB.

No it's not Lamar Jackson and crew but their D is pretty legit and I can see them blowing up our O line often. Don't underestimate this team. They have everything riding on this game and they're home.

 'Duck' also become the first undrafted quarterback in league history to win his first three career starts. Pittsburgh's swarming Steel Curtain 2.0 remains their catalyst and the majority reason for the Steelers' 8-5 record this year as coach Mike Tomlin astonishingly clinched his 13th straight season without a losing campaign. They'll again be put to the test against Josh Allen and the Bills' electric offense in Week 15.

so winning 10-7 is a failure to you?

have to score how many points to impress you?

Last time I looked the correct answer was one more point on the scoreboard than opponents, by any means necessary

I think Allen learned from last week thats one thing i really like about him. He doesn't often carry a bad game with him in back to back weeks

He was already learning by the 4th quarter.  I expect a good game out of Josh this week.
