Royale with Cheese
Do the Patriots really have a "conduct detrimental to the team" policy? They brought on Czar of Conduct Detrimental to the Team in AB just a few weeks ago. 2

gjv001
Like it! Something to be learned by all coaching staffs. Unlike most sports franchises, especially in the NBA, the Pats don't let the inmates run the asylum.

Michael Bennett has been a model citizen for days. 4 hours ago, Royale with Cheese said: Do the Patriots really have a "conduct detrimental to the team" policy? CBA gives all teams the right to discipline players, including suspensions and fines, for "Conduct Detrimental to the Team". They have to come up with some reason that's allowed under the CBA 2 hours ago, Limeaid said: P*ts decided to use him as an example for they determined they do not need him against the Jest. Then it would just be marvelous if the Pats suffered an injury on DL or demonstrated a weakness at DL where Bennet could help, and the Jets exploit it. OldTimeAFLGuy
....and Bill goes against his usual grain (YAWN)........yet the dopey urinalists ask anyway...>SMH..... Bill Belichick has no comment on Michael Bennett situation Posted by Josh Alper on October 17, 2019, 12:31 PM EDT The Patriots suspended defensive lineman Michael Bennett for conduct detrimental to the team this week, which means he will miss Monday night’s game against the Jets. Bennett said he “had a philosophical disagreement with my position coach” Bret Bielema by way of explaining the reason for his suspension. That disagreement reportedly centered on Bennett’s role on the team’s defense, but head coach Bill Belichick wasn’t sharing any information at Thursday’s press conference. Belichick said, via NBCSportsBoston.com, that he is “not going to comment on any player’s personal situation” when asked about why Bennett was suspended. Given the relatively small role Bennett has been playing and his apparent displeasure with it, many have wondered if the Patriots’ next move will be to part ways with Bennett. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/10/17/bill-belichick-has-no-comment-on-michael-bennett-situation/#comments
