From that distance and resolution, it's not clearly anything.  Not saying it isn't, but not clearly is.  Would be a coincidence for the wheel to look exactly like a Tesla but be on a gas car.  All kinds of weird stuff with this one.

Its not very clear but it does look like an engine to me.  That also looks like a muffler and some exhaust pipes which electric cars also wouldn't have.

Just saw a video of the car flying thru the air, it looked like it wasn't more than 6'-8' off the ground but it was airborne for maybe 100'.

 

The Gov is saying no indication of terrorist activity.

 

Driver was known to be at the casino prior to the wreck.

We have a contact that knows the family of the driver.  Apparently the accelerator stuck and he went into the plaza at the end of the bridge, went airborne and the car exploded when it crashed

Pretty clear it was an accident based on the footage. Nobody is doing that on purpose. So sad for the family the grief plus the burden of the narrative this has caused.

Information is still coming in, it may have been a medical emergency.  I know the name, but won't say it of respect for the family. They were headed to Toronto for the Kiss concert, which ironically was canceled because Paul Stanley had the flu. 

 

What a shame.

We have common friends with the family and this is what we're hearing they have been told by investigators. They think it was an issue with the accelerator or the driver had a medical emergency.  The driver was in his 50s. My son played hockey with the driver's son.
