Every time I go number two, I have to look and see what happened.  I never flush without looking.  I'm not sure if I am health conscious or just plain odd.  Probably the latter.  You?

I eat a ton of broccoli and eat high fiber cereal a day.  Maybe it's because I drink a lot?  Not alcohol, I'm just always thirsty.

So far it's 9:06 am and I've drank about 48 oz of water already.   Plus 3 cups of coffee.

Fiber is strange, some of it is good for pooping some isn't as good. I'd figure broccoli would be good, but who knows. Maybe try apples? That makes me go quick! I'd think drinking a lot of fluids would be helpful in that regard

Protect your bowels in general boys. Hemorrhoids are terrible and the surgery recovery is...not fun. Probably the most painful month of my life. Eat fiber, don't push, drink lots of fluids.

 

Also....bidets are what it's all about. Your bum will thank you. Until the first time you have to go in a public bathroom and you have to wipe, and your not-used-to-wiping butt is like "ow". Still....the best.
