My only counter is that was the second Bills-Jets game in 2014, so there was no option for swapping home games, if that were even a possibility. (But the hypothetical Miami swap may not be possible either, due to stadium availability and other scheduling issues and the short notice.). You're probably right...it would go to a neutral site. And we know how it will likely turn out too because Bills fans travel well and will probably out number other teams fans by a lot.
