We saw the same thing wth Manning and Favre. At some point, especially late in the season, the throws just aren't there. That's why they're stealing teams offensive signals now. You have to let the punt returner catch the ball before you hit him or touch him. The Pats player clearly interferes with the punt returner's arm. Then the ball is recovered by a Bengals player while on his stomach and being touched by a Pats player but its Pats ball.
