Bleeding Bills Blue
1 hour ago, C.Biscuit97 said: He is one of my favorites qbs ever. I think he is a top 10 qb all time. But if he wasn’t John Elway, he would be getting fired. No GM is worse at scouting qbs (not a fan of Drew Lock). I bet he resigns so it isn’t too awkward. Those other teams had a lot of talent. The Broncos do not and have a very young, inexperienced qb playing. I think he should just hire a GM. He's already president of football ops. He can eventually become team president or something. And it creates some natural promotional path for the GM - if he's qualified. But he needs to take a step back. 1 minute ago, Nester said: This is a trap game If they play like they did against miami - they'll win. They played with a sense of urgency on both sides of the ball. Front 7 played with a chip on their shoulder and made plays along the LOS and tackled really well. They pressured the QB with a variety of different blitzes and stunts and fakes. Offense came out and attacked - and didn't play scared in blitz situations.
transplantbillsfan
Well... players sure seem to be playing hard for him. I can't even call Sunday a trap game because the Broncos are a lot better than their 3-7 record.
Steptide
All due repspect to Jim Kelly, but I feel like he wouldve run the bills the same way as Elway if he was ever put in elways position. The more I think of the last 20 years of the bills, the more thankful I am to have McDermott and beane at the reigns 2

dakrider
as mentioned Broncos have lost several close games this year. Their not getting blown out. I would expect another close game here. The other thing is who's the Bills 3rd string QB? Thats what the Broncos are playing. Brandon Allen hasn't been bad imo, and the Broncos have some great receivers. But Elway's coaching hires have seemed pretty bad but he's drafted some good players including Bradley Chubb who's also out for the season. Not that this will be an "easy" game, but this is the primary difference between them and the Eagles and Browns. Also, the Browns didn't come into New Era -- we lost a close game on the road. This is a game the Bills should win and need to win, and it is a more likely win than the Browns or the Eagles. Hopefully they do. Bills played horrible against a good Philadelphia team. The loss to the Browns was pathetic. I would just hate to see the team come out tight or flat. They need another "inspired" performance against a mediocre Denver team.

Bookie Man
I had a bad feeling about both the Cleveland and Philly games and predicted losses. I don't get that same feeling about this game. I feel like the bills should win this one and cover the spread.

Not buying any of this garbage..... Uh, the Browns ARE a problem team. Fines, suspensions, finger pointing, penalty issues, etc. They fit the textbook definition of the word. Probably good for us. and the “team in turmoil” line hasn’t really worked in our favor yet this year, as others have already said. at the end of the day, not really scared of Allen or Lock if we play our game. Just need to stop their run game with lindsay and lock Tre on Sutton and we win easily.

Outside of him lucking up on the Peyton Manning signing and getting Demarcus Ware from Dallas, he has been really bad as a GM. You would think as a former QB, and HOF'er as well, that the first thing he would be able to do is identify QB talent. He hasn't been able to do that. You wonder how long he holds his job due to his status in Denver and the fact they got a SB a few years ago. Totally agree. He has been bad and isn't getting any better. Buffalo Barbarian
On 11/18/2019 at 6:16 AM, Inigo Montoya said: VIC FANGIO, DENVER BRONCOS According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Broncos coach Vic Fangio has had a "difficult time" connecting with players and coaches, leading to "internal tension" within the organization. Fangio's debut season in Denver has largely been a disaster as the first-time head coach has reportedly rubbed many the wrong way with his "gruff demeanor," creating a tense atmosphere characterized by "internal strife." Per La Canfora has often been at odds with his assistants, continually disputing play-calls while coming off as "overbearing on the headsets." Many in the organization feel Fangio lacks "people skills," making for a "difficult climate." Fangio's hard-nosed approach reportedly alienated Emmanuel Sanders, who "in essence walked out on the team" prior to being traded. Beleaguered GM John Elway whiffed on Vance Joseph and the move to Fangio doesn't seem to be going much better. SOURCE: CBS Sports Nov 17, 2019, 9:38 AM ET __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This little tidbit appeared on RotoWorld this Sunday morning before the Broncos frittered away a 20 point second half lead to lose a crusher to the Vikings. The Broncos are a team in turmoil. It doesn't sound like they have a good locker room right now. Let's hope they bring a bit of that 3-7 dysfunction to New Era next week. It's nice not to be the dysfunctional franchise for a change...
