I hope he takes touches away from Chubb.  The Browns have a too many mouths to feed and it's a problem.  My main concern is Jarvis Landry against Levi Wallace.

I keep seeing this but Landry plays in the slot and Wallace plays on the outside. Wallace will likely see Calloway or Higgins (probably Calloway)

For those of you downplaying hunts return... look at our screen defense this year and how Hunt has done with screens in the past. Kitchens isnt a world beater of a coach, but you can bet we will see a handful of screens to hunt this week.

Love all these dire warnings of impending doom this week.

I am pretty worried about this game. I think we will get beat pretty good. Browns are so unpredictable/inconsistent; they may get up for this game and they will have both Chubb and Hunt.

Hope I am wrong!

Do you really?

If we beat the Browns then it's going to be a week of dread over the Broncos, then the Dolphins "revenge" game, etc. etc. It's what we do.

It's not what WE do.

WE is an all-inclusive term. I don't sit here chewing on my nails, waiting for the roof to collapse in on my head.

Only people with weak stomachs do that.

Enough do to make it annoying.

There is no denying that. Lotta feeble hearts in this fan base

I think it's part a desire to be that guy who saw it coming. This week's Nostradamus. They can win or lose every game. That's why they play em. I'm just trying to enjoy winning.

I’m not downplaying anything, but they already run screens with Chubb. It’s not new, just because Hunt will take carries/targets from Chubb. They can not stop the screens with Chubb or not stop the screens with Hunt.

Kareem Hunt returns this week.

The defense is going to get gashed.  This is the mid-season wakeup call we all fear.

^^^^^^^

Kareem hasn’t played ball in over a year. How many touches do you really think he’ll get? Are they going to take away the ball from their best player to give it to a guy who hasn’t shown squat since playing with Andy Reid’s fire power offense?

Chances are he will won't get gassed in his first game back, just like Laveon was ready to in the opener.  The issue for guys after long absences is maintaining their conditioning as the season slogs on.  But they're usually good to go for the first outing.

absolutely I hope I am wrong. I am a glass-full type of fan normally. But I hate playing teams like this— lots of talent, but totally underachieving and poorly coached. it feels very unpredictable.

I am sure you were predicting a blowout win over the Dolphins too?

I don’t understand why we aren’t allowed to be nervous. As Bills fans, it’s in our DNA. ?

Dont have a good feeling about this game. Chubb and Hunt are worrisome, especially with the D problems in the run game. Also Garrett against the Bills offensive line is not a good matchup.

This is a must win game IMO. If they lose here I dont see how they get to 10 wins.

There are a million other ways to get to 10 wins but this sure as hell makes it pretty easy

The Browns suck!  Stop worrying so much. Now they are going to try n force the ball to Odell which should lead to an interception or 2

please don't take this the wrong way

your last prediction failed miserably ...   lets keep the jinx material to a minimum please

Somehow McDermott needs to convince the entire team that it’s always the fourth quarter and we need a stop and a TD to ice the game.  It seems that they play quite well under that scenario. Especially our oft maligned quarterback.

I don't think this team knows what do in an even score game or with a lead.  Waiting until their backs are against the wall to play their best ball is not a sustainable formula for success.

Sooo anyone worried about mayfield? All I see is concern about the running backs.

Mayfield can connect on the homerun ball.  Thats my biggest concern.  We need to make him sustain drives.  The Browns have had major problems getting into the end zone and typically settle for FGs when they move the ball.

Buffalo will need to score MORE than 17 f@#$ing points this week to win most likely.

Good thing we have done that in 5 out of 8 games!!!

I think Cleveland is a team that is capable of having a very good day and coming out with a much-needed win.

The key for me is going to be pass protection. Keep Garrett and Vernon (if he plays) off of Allen and take advantage of their shaky coverage unit outside of Ward.

Defensively, get hats into the backfield against the run and force Baker to make big plays.

Yes and win the turnover battle.

This is a dream matchup for all you negative Fairweather Bills fans that post here. If the bills lose you're going to be making three to five threads an hour and if the Bills win they're going to take it away for beating a bad team.

It's a win/win for "you know who you are"
