Which, despite all the legal protections lessees have, still happens rather frequently. It's not the easiest collection of rights and responsibilities to balance. HappyDays
After all this it turns out his ex-girlfriend never even accused him of domestic violence. It's pretty unlikely at this point that he'll be suspended unless it turns out he sent someone after his jewelry.

Hey, once one member of the family has shown a propensity to be falsely accused, you know it's only a matter of time before his offspring will also be falsely accused. Better to nip that in the bud now.

Peter
As an aside, if the jewelry belonged to a jeweler that lent it to Shady, it would have been beyond stupid to hire someone to pistol whip a woman to take the jewelry to return it to the jeweler. I don't think that Shady is stupid. Update: Another post now says the jewelry was lent to her. That conflicts with other reports. Nevertheless, if it were lent directly to her, why would Shady care if she returned it or not. Edited July 12, 2018 by Peter

Starr Almighty
From what we know now I think it's logical to believe it was a random robbery and she told the cops it may have something to do with my ex(because he was asking for said jewelry) The person that posted the Instagram post may have had her own agenda in trying to get her friend a huge payday.

Neighbors' cameras might be helpful. Pretty hard to believe the kid would go through all the trouble and beat up his own mom when he lived there and would have plenty of opportunities to steal the jewelry. Yeah, there's just something weird to the window thing. Maybe there's a logical explanation for it but it seems to me that there's a couple possibilities: 1. The attacker had been inside the house already at some point (maybe some sort of contract work where he also scoped things out) and left the son's window cracked to come back later on and used this as both the entry and exit point for the attack. 2. The son is involved in some way. 3. The attacker was able to waltz right in through the front door, but for some reason decided to grab a bed sheet, tie it something, and use that window as his exit point for no real good reason. It just seems very strange to me, but if they have video surveillance of the outside of the house, that should help a lot.

That is the point. He would only care if it were loaned to him. In such case, he would have been stupid to hire someone to pistol whip her, take the jewelry, and then return it. I don't think he is stupid. If the jewelry had been lent to her (as the one report states, perhaps incorrectly), Shady would not have cared at all and why would she insinuate that he was responsible for pistol whipping her and taking the jewelry. Neither scenario makes much sense to me.
