Blackbeard Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM Posted yesterday at 06:17 PM (edited) Colts are dumb. Jets fleeced. (2) firsts?! HAHAHAHA. Brutal. Edit: AND A PLAYER?!!! Who's running the ship in Indy?! Edited yesterday at 06:18 PM by Blackbeard 1 2 Quote
Charles Romes Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM Posted yesterday at 06:19 PM I’d have given a fourth just on a flyer for Mitchell. X receiver skills with speed. Quote
Big Turk Posted yesterday at 06:24 PM Posted yesterday at 06:24 PM That's a huge win for the Jets. WTF are the Colts doing? He is not going to help them when Cook runs all over them in the playoffs 1 Quote

Once again the Jets have no direction and are just winging it as they go. Has their outlook really changed that much since July 15th? Why do that deal now and create a bunch of dead cap? Quote

May Day 10 Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM I think it is very odd for the Colts. They probably aren't sustainably good. Sauce has shown warts the past 2 seasons. I guess it is really good for the Jets. They need a deep rebuild and by the time they are ready to compete, Sauce will have slowed down (3 years?) 1 Quote
Bad Things Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM Posted yesterday at 06:29 PM I didn't realize the Colts were this stupid. Quote
RobbRiddick Posted yesterday at 06:31 PM Posted yesterday at 06:31 PM Jets fans will mostly be happy about this Quote

LittleSammy Posted yesterday at 06:33 PM Posted yesterday at 06:33 PM Jets in full rebuild. Wonder if Beane could pull some magic and get them to buy a 6th round pick from us in exchange for taking Samuel and his hefty cap hit from us. Gives him more cap $$ to play with before Cinderella-hour hits at 4pm. Quote
SectionC3 Posted yesterday at 06:33 PM Posted yesterday at 06:33 PM Dan Jones just picked up a ton of leverage. Quote
papazoid Posted yesterday at 06:35 PM Posted yesterday at 06:35 PM sauce is a nice player.....but over rated...certainly not worth two firsts, a 2nd (mitchell) AND $30mil/yr in cap space. good move by jets Quote
The Frankish Reich Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM I don't think this is the Colts year. So I don't think this is a good deal. But ... doesn't anyone here think this is the ballsy kind of move that we never do? The kind of deal that could actually confirm that management finally believes that this IS the year? 1 Quote

Donuts and Doritos Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Posted yesterday at 06:37 PM Ha! Jokes on the Colts. We don't have a #1 WR for Sauce to cover. 1 5 Quote

Sauce has been garbage the last couple seasons with refs actually throwing flags on him for clutching and grabbing. Getting 2x1sts for him is absolute robbery. I think it's a delayed course correction for them. They shouldn't have signed Wilson and Sauce to those monster contracts going into a season with Justin Fields as their QB. If the Jets don't bungle it (like they always do) they could be a real threat by 2027 Quote
