PatsFanNH
Gabbert is a true hero. Takes courage to run towards the crash and not away from it. 1 6

MrEpsYtown
I was a huge Gabbert guy in 2011. In my mind he was the big, big armed, big hands guy who was super young for the draft and perfect for Buffalo. Amazingly he is only 33 years old right now. I used to crush it with Gabbert and Mizzou in NCAA football. I feel like he would have been a really nice fit in Chan Gailey’s offense. Obviously he was a bust, but I do feel for him as he had 7 different offensive coordinators in the first 7 years of his career, which is just absurd. He’s turned into a solid backup, but I have always been a closet fan of his. Im glad he was able to save those people.

Captain Caveman
Is he their active backup? It's great that he was there to save these guys, but does anyone else find it weird he has the time / energy to be out on a Jetski during the season? He probably lives on the beach. How much energy do you think is required to ride a jet ski?

But too much is made of having multiple OC's over a career. You either have it as a QB or you don't. Its throwing a football with accuracy, being tough, being a leader and knowing how to make plays on the football field. Good coaching helps. But coaches don't hold your hand at the line of scrimmage. RangerDave
He's a Buccaneer. He was probably going there to loot and pillage the wreck and saved them by accident.
