I think the Detroit Thanksgiving game is in stone, in that time slot. It’s been that way for decades and would be a logistical headache to change it. Also it’s a Lions home game, and they’ve sold tickets for that day. There’s really no reason to mess up another teams schedule. If they have to reschedule any game i think it will be this Bills/Browns game. and if it can’t be played by 1pm or by Sunday night they will find a way to fit it in another week. I think what he is getting at is all that snow sitting on everything in the stadium cant be good for its longevity so there would be increased maintenance costs for the life of the stadium.
