Is it time to trade off Singletary?

Recommended Posts

The Rams would make a lot of sense due to their unfortunate luck with Akers. The Bills got too many RBs with comparable talent/skill. Time for the Bills to clean up the roster and get ready for a big time RB, if not this year in some kind of trade or acquisition then in next year’s draft. The Rams are pretty generous with their draft picks anyways so why not take it and run (no pun intended)?

No.

Unless it’s for Jalen Ramsey and two new folding tables.

The folding tables are a must. If it's Singletary and picks for Ramsey, no deal. MUST BREAK TABLES!!!!!!!!!!!

What did we decide last time? 🤷‍♂️

He’s not a breakaway threat, but he’s a good RB with a career YPC of 4.8.  Why would we want to get rid of him? Give him somewhere to run and I think you’ll see he’s not the problem.

I'd mention him to entice a disgruntled TE in an eastern Pennsylvanian team, but I don't know if we're allowed to even allude to him.

Notice I didn't say his name, so it's acceptable.

Not yet. Although I’m a Moss guy first, Singletary had a very good rookie year and had averaged 5.1 yards per carry. The run blocking was absolute **** last year. I’m giving him another year.

I assumed these were imported from Los Angeles!?!?!?!?

We should probably be a little lenient on both, all things considered.

You make a good point. Folding tables in LA are used for the kale and Truly displays.

Fair compensation. The Rams don’t seem to value their draft picks too highly so I would probably think along those lines first. They also have a highly touted TE prospect in Jacob Harris that imo would cause some interest. I’m sure that there could be some forms of compensation that I’m not thinking of.

Some of y’all have too much free time on your hands. Offseason is boring but I don’t see why every random thought needs a thread. There are plenty of free agent options who are more proven than motor and what’s his worth? Sell him at his lowest possible value? Why would the Rams rush to trade when there will be tons of cuts coming during preseason?

If we got the right offer and the FO feels Moss is healthy, I would do it.  But I wouldn't just give him away.  I'd take a 3rd rounder or better and not look back.  He's not going to get paid here and most project him to get the lesser of the carries.

That would be highway robbery if anyone gave a 3rd or better and only add to Beanes wizardry.
I think 90% of running backs in the league are so easily replaced by off the street free agents. I feel like San Fran can literally sign Frank Gore right now and have him run for 1k in their scheme. I like motor, I think next to Barkley he has the sickest juke in all of the league right now, but I also think you can get the same production from a practice squad running back in most cases.
